This place is great no bed bugs no roaches clean hallways very peaceful apartments.very clean units ,and maintenance is excellent.,great manager,she will make sure the problem gets solved and she gets it done very lovely woman.

Since the new manager Lillie took over, living here has been a very pleasant experience. Things are getting repaired and/or replaced. New carpet has been installed in the hallways, etc. Lillie is always available to answer any questions. When I first moved in, this place was a disaster. Now, I'm extremely happy to live here.

Springview Tower,when I moved in a year ago, was not a good place, alot was going on and needed repairing. I moved in ,in the middle of transitions, of the repairs and New management, The transitions have turned into a more Positive atmosphere. Our New manager Lillian Henness,has had alot on her plate in regards to turning this place around, and making sure to the best of her abilities that everyones questions and concerns are answered in a timely matter. And She is doing an outstanding job‘‘..

Always have a great experience when visiting Springview Tower! Residents have been friendly, maintenance helpful with any of my needs, and manager Lilly professional, and in my eyes, always showing such compassion for her residents and a desire to provide the best living experience for them as well!

The management team here is top notch. Very responsive and listens to the customers concerns. I've seen a lot of positive changes since the manager Lilly, stepped into her role. You can tell the team in place really cares about their residents and takes any concerns seriously.

I live here and have enjoyed living here. I moved here in December of 2021. I claimed my apartment the day I first saw it. There have been some changes with management, and the current management is the best I've seen so far.

This community is one of the friendliest managed apartment complexes I have ever seen. While they are constantly improving things...the management and residents are welcoming and caring. Lilly is like no other when it comes to helping applicants and residents call Springtower home.

A very well run facility, management is very responsive, I've seen both the on-site property manager and the regional manager responding to residents needs and taking care of the property. If she lived closer I'd move my mother here!

Since we have received a new manager that really cares about us, it has become a better place to live. The bug problems are being addressed and getting rid of them. The biggest plus is since we received Lily our newest manager we have received a new parking lot without the heinous speed bumps, we have received our community room back after the last manager took it from us over a year ago. She has also started getting rid of the unwanted residents that bring in the riff raff. There are other things that need to be taken care of but all in all this has become a better place to live where you can also meet some amazing neighbors. We even have bingo once a week that costs very little and once a month we even have karaoke in the community. If you want a great place to live and reasonable prices where you can even enjoy mother nature right in your backyard. Deer come out and you can sit and watch while they eat on corn and other things that fellow neighbors put out for them to eat.

We just moved my Grandma into this place and so far we are impressed! The rent was a good price, the process for getting her in was smooth, communicative and easy for all of us to understand. We were happy to find her a community just for her.

I've lived in Springview Towers 12 years. I love it! It's on the Battle Creek Transit Line. SaveALot, Walgreens, and the Habitat Restore are all within walking distance. Bronson Battle Creek, Irving Park, the Linear Path and KCC are all within walking distance, too. Utilities are included in the rent. There are birds, deer, rabbits...living around our home. We have three laundry rooms. Best of all is the complex manager, Lilly. She is a true gem!

I have lived here almost 4 years now. I finally can say the new manager here has been doing a good job and has made some great improvements. New carpet and fresh paint in hallways. Parking Lot has been resurfaced. Other residents are nice people and the price for rent is reasonably, which includes electric, garbage, water and sewage. I really love my apartment and have a great view from my windows.

I've been here a couple years and there's ups and downs to every place that you live in. It is very affordable , most residents are good people. Drugs and extra people freeloading while your rent continues to go up is my main complaints

When I first moved in this was a great place to live, as of a couple of weeks ago there is no mangament on site, there are clicks there and if you are not liked by them they will do anything in their power to get you kicked out of there, I would avoid this place
