I really enjoy the staff at The Courtyard. They have so many activities for their patients and they are also so inviting to let the local senior community join in on their weekly Bingo games and other events. So much fun! The memory and assisted living facilities look very clean and the patients are happy!

I toured this facility and the engagement with residents and families was unbelievable! They were having a huge St Patrick’s Day dinner for families and residents with all the trimmings . Corn beef , roasted potatoes , carrots , rolls and cabbage . Complete with green cheese cake ! Everyone had on green and were having a wonderful time!! The sense of family was amazing . I am definitely signing the lease to move in my mother . This is the place to be ’

I do not reccomend sending your loved ones here, especially to the memory care side. They have a HUGE turn-over in staff. Staff (aides) refuse to wear name tags so you have no idea who is taking care of your loved one. There is no sense of "family" at this facility. When issues arise such as your loved ones constantly being soaking wet/soiled from not being changed on a regular basis they say sorry and it happens again & again....that's not sorry--it's pure laziness. Staff misplaces items and dress your loved one in clothes that belong to others. They also go into residents rooms and take their belongings. My loved ones Alexa was taken and used by kitchen staff. On the memory care side there are practically zero engaging or stimulating actvities for residents to partake in. There is a lot of sitting in a circle and watching tv though, especially on the weekends. I refer to this place as an over-priced glorifed nursing home. You pay good money for subpar care. The food they feed the residents looks and tastes horrible. So happy to be moving my loved one out!

I am so happy with my decision to choose The Courtyard at Auburn Hills for my father. The community is beautiful and the staff is incredibly caring and attentive. Michelle, the leasing director, was especially helpful in explaining the different levels of care available and guiding me through the process. I feel confident that my father is in good hands.

Steadily getting better and better! The food is amazing! Residents are happy over all and the Executive Director is detailed oriented and caring about not just the residents but her staff and the families!
October 2023
We have been residents at this facility for over a year. Staff here is very good. WiFi is very bad. The TV we have runs off the WiFi network. During a two hour movie, we experience 10 to 15 interruptions when the WiFi connection is dropped and reconnected. We have asked to have this fixed on multiple occasions.

My dad stayed at Randall Residence for respite care. They were very flexible with his changing diatary needs. The staff was very attentive and gave him excellent care! I would highly recommend this place!
March 2022
My sisters and I cannot be more happy with the amazing, loving, knowledgeable helpful staff and the place. Everyone is so caring and attentive to mom. Mom is in the memory care unit due to her advanced dementia. She seems so much happier and content.. They love mom and mom loves them. I Thank God for helping us find this wonderful place.
January 2022
We highly recommend Randall Residence for assisted living and memory care. The common spaces are pleasant, bright and open. Each resident has their own room with bedroom, bath and living area. The staff are excellent, very caring and engaging with the residents. My father lived at Randall Residence for 3 years and my mother-in-law lived there 2 1/2 years. We were very happy with the care that our parents received at Randall Residence.

The community is dirty and holds urine odor. Short staffed most days. The Excutive director is rude and inconsiderate to certain aged employees. Until they change management nothing will get better.
April 2021
Horrible place to work always short staffed, I’m going to start with the new managers, Tracie and Zack always in the office Tracie always threatening staff saying she’s going to fire us or just talk to us the same way Hollie did with know respect. she’s has let so many good staff members go for nonsense. Zack just sit there and does nothing he lets Tracie do all the talking and yelling, one day soon all the staff members going to walk out you can thank Tracie for it.
November 2020
Very impressed with the staff at Randall Residence. They provide excellent service and quality care for the residents.
October 2020
I would just like to thank all the wonderful caregivers and administrators at Randall Residence in Auburn Hills. This has been such a hard time for My family and I. Steve is our Loved one that is in the facility. They have made him a art of their family. They talk to him and tease with him and he smiles (sometimes). I recently had to get Hospice involved in which Hollie the director there helped me in doing so. The caregivers are awesome with Steve and now the added hands of Hospice has really helped with these tough times. Thank you all so very much for taking care of our Steve

When my mother needed a memory care facility, we chose Randall Residence of Auburn Hills. The staff is very responsive to her needs and display a great deal of empathy. Mom has a wonderful apartment and their professional caring staff has made her feel a part of the community. My thanks to everyone at Randall Residence of Auburn Hills for not only taking care of my mother but helping to reduce the burden on our family. I give their facility and staff a Five-Star rating!
