Brookdale W Eisenhower really does give exceptional care! They treat and care for the residents as if they were their own family members! I have had multiple family members and family friends in Brookdale and I will continue to bring family members to this facility!! I as well, feel that the people that work at Brookdale are my family. I am blessed to have them caring for my family. I couldn't ask for more. Every single employee brings something special to the facility and cannot express how much I appreciate them!!

Brookdale W. Eisenhower offers more than just a place to put your loved one. They offer a modern facility staffed with the most amazing employees. These employees go that extra mile to assure their residents get top notch care. They treat them as if they are their own loved one. They are involved more than it just being a "job". They are there because they want to give the best help they can to assure the health and safety of your loved one. I always enjoyed my visits with my loved one, there was always an activity going on. From crafts, games, exercising, special treats for birthdays or anniversaries. The involvement of family is what gives one peace of mind. Celebrating holidays with residents family members gives a bigger sense of what family is to Brookdale W. Eisenhower. Thank you to the staff who took care of my loved one and gave her the ability to live the last years of her life the best she could have.

Brookdale West Eisenhower is a wonderful community! From administration to floor staff to housekeeping, you can tell that the staff there truly care about their residents and their well being. They have an outstanding activities team that engage and enrich the residents lives, top notch food and a beautiful setting. A great place to be!

Brookdale on W. Eisenhower is a hidden gem. The building and staff are first class. From their customer service, cleanliness of the building, to the care provided to residents-Brookdale Ann Arbor is a must see when looking for a place for a loved one. Our team has worked with Brookdale for years and continue to do so because of the quality of care and communication. Julie Craft and Kate Lake have done a tremendous job of providing education and value to the community and are a wonderful resource. Highly recommend talking with their team if you or your loved one is in need of a new place to call home. 5 STAR!

Im very pleased with the staff and they way they are caring for my mom. Over six months ago, I moved my mom from one home to the other and my mom is now so much happier and engaged! The staff have also beeen great in communicating with me (I live overseas) and in ensuring that my mom and I have a videotalk once a week. I know I made the right choice for her!

I was very pleased with the quality of care given to my family member. The staff was very attentive and caring and were always available to answer any questions I may of had. I was happy to see the amount of regularly scheduled activities. Trips to the cider mill in the fall to a wonderful holiday dinner for the whole family to attend. Thank you Brookdale for making our family members your family members.

Very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. More importantly, staff is very attentive. The facility is small enough that the staff has personal knowledge of each resident to engage them in activities. Wonderful executive director who just happens to be a nurse too!
