Absolutely the Best!! My mother moved in August 2023 and is pleased, comfortable, and satisfied already. The staff are accomodating, the doctors (physical therapy, occupational therapy, Nursing, physician, podiatry, dermatology, and psychiatry) are all excellent. She loves her studio apartment which includes a kitchenette, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Her furniture looks lovely along with her art work. My mom enjoys the art class mostly and is assisting with instruction during the art/craft class. My mother is a natural born artist and can pain on canvas to perfection. She loves bingo and keno which awards paper money to buy goodies/toiletries at their in-house store. She has come out of her shell so to speak and socializing more than ever in her lifetime. Making friends for the first time. I am very grateful for Springhouse of Pikesville. Thank you again and again Springhouse members. God Bless.

My Father in law was at Springhouse for the last 4 months. I would like to especially give a special shout out to Sandra Oliver executive director, Louis Tapper front desk clerk, and Mike Isaac resident caregiver. All three of you treated him with compassion and caring during his brief stay. I would definitely recommend your facility to everyone. Thank you once again!

My brother spent the last year of his life living at Springhouse and it was a year of happiness and carefree living .He did things that he had never had a chance to do -going out to eat , going to shoes and river cruises , going bowling and many other things .He always would tell me how kind the caregivers were .I was not able to visit him there as I live out of town and sadly he just passed .Thank you for taking such good care of my brother.Sincerely,Virginia Moon Azadi Berlin, Md

I searched everywhere for a place for my Aunt. From the moment we entered in Springhouse we fell in love. All the staff is very friendly. My Aunt absolutely loves it here. All the other places cost more and gave less services. I highly recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly. They are very attentive to my needs and my dads needs . The nursing staff seem like they really have a handle on my dads health needs and the physical therapy and occupational therapy group work very hard with my dad. My dad is saying that the food is ok. Some meals are very good and some not so good but overall the food is ok. He likes that he can have ice cream whenever her wants. I like that they will do laundry as needed instead of just weekly.

My Dad has been living in this facility for 2 years. I picked this company and location for the convenience of having my father close to me because he was residing in another state. I was impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. I have been to a lot of other facilities because I had a husband who spent the last two years of his life in a nursing home which was not as nice. My father was living alone because he is a widower. Since he has been living here he has actually gained a few pounds because he's eating regular meals which he doesn't have to prepare or go out to get. He doesn't complain about anything. He has adjusted well here. I have no issues with the service that is provided at this facility. He is happy that everyone working there knows him. I'm called if there is anything that I need to know. I like that he gets to eat at a regular time and can eat whatever he chooses from the menu. He's even made special requests which the dining room servers and cooks try their best to satisfy him.

My mom's respite care here was really great, they treated her like family and I felt really comfortable with her being there. The staff did a great job and were very caring and attentive to her needs. I was more than pleased with her care.
