My mom has lived at The Willows for a year and really loves it. The apartments are well equipped, the food is very good (she always raves about the special brunches and holiday/special occasion meals the team prepares-they really go out of their way to make delicious meals- she raved about having a lobster roll recently!), if she needs any help or maintenance the team is so responsive. The social events are also very well organized and so much variety- there is always so much to take advantage of. I will also note that the people that live there are very friendly and inclusive and you can always find interesting people to hang out with. It's a mix of those that use walkers and those that don't but everyone is very independent. It's also super conveniently located and they have a van to take you wherever you need to go locally. If you're looking for a well run place you should consider The Willows (and they are not paying me to say this :).

I visited willows retirement community today by 11am . This place has a clean and beautiful environment, a large and convenient parking lot. The most importantly, the staff are friendly and approachable.

My mom has enjoyed her life in the Willows for almost ten years! I think that she became several years younger when she moved in. It is truly a community of friendly residents and caring staff. There are activities of all sorts, for all sorts. There a variety of trips that come up during the year and some excellent outside entertainment is provided. It is a relaxed, home town comfortable community.

This is a multi level senior residence. We moved here the first week in April. We needed to be in a more supported environment but still remain independent. We are in a 2 bedroom apartment, having moved from a 7 room house. We made careful choices about what to bring with us and we feel quite at home. The staff and other residents are friendly and helpful. We think we made a good decision.

Used to be caring wonderful place. In the last 6 months with a new director, has gone completely downhill. No empathy or care for long term residents, leaving disabled patients to pay very high fees to improve their quality of life STAY AWAY

My Father-in-Law recently moved into Independent Living at the Willows. He is extremely happy with his apartment, the staff and the services he receives there. He has met many new friends and enjoys spending time with them either walking the grounds outside or at the outdoor concerts held at The Willows. We are very happy with The Willows Retirement Community and would highly recommend them to anyone. Our best piece of advice is to move in when still able to enjoy all the events and activities offered at The Willows. We've heard too many times that people wished they had moved in when they were younger and could have enjoyed it so much more. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place for people that need it. Everything is right there and the people dont have to go far. Everyone says hi to one another. Its a very warming place. They make you feel comfortable. When I go there I see all the people how comfortable they are there. That told me alot. This is a big place.
