Everyone at Brightview from front desk to management to the event team is top notch. My father loves his patio apartment with a view! He has made fast friends which has greatly improved his whole outlook and overall health. The place is gorgeous, clean with a ski lodge atmosphere. To put it simpy i would live here!

I came for two hours with my knitting group. Our hosts are Judy snd Woody Bent. I have never been inside the bldg before. Beautiful decorations for Christmas! Overall, very nice experience..

Brightview is the warmest, most caring facility. All the staff go above and beyond to care for its residents. I can rest and sleep better knowing my loved one is in good hands.

I toured three different assisted living communities before choosing Brightview in N. Andover, MA and couldn’t be happier. One of the reasons I chose BV was how warm and welcoming the staff was when I visited. Also, when walking down the hall for a tour of the community, the staff recognized every resident by name. My Mom moved into Brightview Assisted Living one year ago. It was an adjustment for my Mom but she is very happy to be there now. Brightview paired my Mom up with another resident and they have been dear friends ever since. The staff at Brightview were very helpful in easing my Mom into the transition of assisted living life. Every month, Brightview prints out a monthly calendar for the residents and families. My Mom loves exercise classes, musical performances, movies in the movie theater, craft classes, and social hour in the pub. There are so many opportunities for the residents to support each other and thrive in this community.

My dad has been living at Brightview North Andover assisted living for almost one (1) year. They are a top notch living facility with an amazing staff and caregivers. They are professional and put residents first. They have many extra curricular activities for those that want to participate. This facility becomes an extension of your family. I highly recommend Brightview in North Andover!

My mother and her husband have been residents at Brightview, North Andover for 4.5 years. They started living there in an Independent Living Apartment and transitioned to an Assisted Living Apartment, as their needs increased. We chose Brightview for several reasons some of which were the different levels of care, the clean and pleasant social and living areas, the diverse range of activities and the friendliness and competence of the entire staff. The Executive Director, Julia Friend, is always just a phone call or email away, as are the nurses and other staff. Their responsiveness to any issues or concerns, especially their handling of the current pandemic, always gives our family a sense of comfort knowing that our loved ones are well taken care of at Brightview.

WOW, Brightview, North Andover is exceptional! My 95 year old Mother, with dementia, moved in February 2020. It was a very difficult first week, without the help and guidance from the staff, the move would have been impossible. I have worked in the medical field for over 25 years and have high expectations, the staff at Brightview has surpassed them. They are all so respectful, caring, and thoughtful, not too mention knowledgeable regarding outside resources when needed. Half of the year I live out of state, knowing my Mom is receiving such quality care is invaluable. I love getting emails each week with updates informing me of what is happening with the Covid and activities that are scheduled. I cant say enough about the professionalism of the staff at Brightview! So many of their staff go above and beyond caring for my Mom. I am so thankful to have found such an amazing home for my Mom. My spouse liked it here. Lots of activities. Like living in a fine hotel. Dining was very fine. Staff was friendly and worked to keep the residents comfortable.

Everyone at Brightview was very accommodating, but the physical setup was not what my aunt was looking for. It was a beautiful facility, but it was long hallways as opposed to pod living.

My grandparents have been in Brightview North Andover for a week. It's very nice and beautiful, and so far, they like it, and everything has been great. They have games and a whole calendar of events. The food is good. The location is just OK.
