Good care but bad almost no handicapped parking for visitors. There maybe 3 handicapped parking spots which are generally all taken when we visit which is frustrating for us oldtimers trying to visit relatives. The cell service here is also bad and phones and tablets can't get don't work great connection.

The RCAs and staff who tend to my mom are angels! They are well trained and so compassionate. My mom is well cared for and despite her rise in needs, she is always well groomed, respected and tended to. They sing to and with my mom! The director of AVITA is wonderful! She is so in tune with each Resident's needs and personality. I truly enjoy witnessing the interaction she has with the Residents. She is just amazing. We have experience at other assisted living facilities and see that the RCA care at Stone Hill is top notch. I feel blessed that she is being cared for by these truly wonderful, hardworking people.

In one word: Magical. The moment I entered Stone Hill, my first thought was "I want this for my mother". The professionalism, the heart, the sincere concern, the positivity, the support, the deep understanding. The fun, the upbeat and engaging approach. This is a place where life is for the living and they aren't giving up on you, because of an illness. And their enrichment programming is substantial, but if my mom is tired that day or wants to just be quiet for awhile, they respect her needs. That's important to me. I'm looking forward to the Memory Loss Support Group for Family Members which they host monthly, because this is such a hard experience for us and I like having that option right onsite. I think my mom said it best (unprompted) on the phone today: "I'm happy here, I love my room...I'm running out now to see what's going on".

The entire experience from the very first phone call I made to inquire about Stone Hill to her now living/being there almost two months has been nothing but a blessing. Stone Hill and their staff have been courteous, understanding, patient, extremally helpful to her/our needs and compassionate thru ought. This has been for my sister. Their facility is one of the best I have visited (my father dies of Alzheimer and we looked at a lot of places for him). VERY clean, dining area is better than a lot of restaurants. Laundry facilities for their own use or the facility will do it for you. Some kind of activity everyday thru out the day, just pick the ones you want. Night time they have "movie night" in a cinema with reclining seats and a popcorn machine. My sister was hesitant at first but now loves it. Stone Hill was truly a Blessing and answers to prayers. You will not be disappointed. Seeing is believing, go see it

Not good neighbors they break Andover Town bylaws and don't pick up trash on their property. The 88,0000 sq. feet mega complex is totally out of place in this single family home neighborhood. Owners of the complex not nice people.

I cannot say enough positive about Stone Hill. My father and mother moved there roughly a year ago and they have been a godsend to our family. It is a beautiful space with grounds kept impeccably. The food is wonderful and staff and leadership have been amazing.

I just want to say how wonderful Stonehill at Andover really is. The facility is simply beautiful. It is was built only a couple of years ago. It has great food, served in a beautiful dining room. They also have a hair salon and movie theater. Its so nice, I think anyone would be happy to live there. They also have a memory care unit, of which my wife was a resident for 18 months. And the staff there are just the most wonderful people. She was given outstanding care by the very compassionate staff. They were so good to her, they were better than family. And they tried very hard to make it affordable for us too. I highly recommend Stonehill!

Stone Hill and the Staff rock!! When my mom moved to Stone Hill (June 2019), I felt confident we as a famly had made the best decision for her. Fast forward to Feb 2021...we are certain Stone Hill is still the right place for her. Throughout this pandemic, the amazing staff has gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe. They implemented CDC-approved protocols and adjusted everyday living to accommodate the needs of the residents. It wasnt easy, but they did what they had to do. And, now residents and staff have been vaccinated against Covid-19...what a relief! As a long-distance caregiver, not being able to visit in person has been difficult, but knowing she is safe and healthy is all that matters. Thank you Stone Hill for taking great care of my mom.

I moved my mom from out-of-state to Stone Hill last fall. I spent months researching various options and kept going back to Stone Hill as the best option for us. Our experience has confirmed it is a high-quality facility staffed with kind, respectful and fun people. The leadership is professional, responsive and caring and every interaction is pleasant. The food and facilities are fantastic. So thankful she is safe and content. I would recommend to anyone!

During these extremely difficult times they make the family feel better in knowing that dad is well taken care of and someone cares about his well-being. Our parents are thriving at Stonehill in Andover. The apartment is beautiful, the facility is clean, welcoming and well decorated. The staff are amazing with the level of care they provide, extensive programming, and services. They are truly a community. Dining is an exciting experience with attentive staff and delicious, heakthy meals. Everyone knows the residents and greets them with kindness and joy every day. I highly recommend the Assisted Living and Avita, Memory Care services.

Our older brother has been a resident at Stone Hill at Andover Senior Living Community in the Avita Memory Unit since shortly after its opening and we couldnt be more pleased with the incredible 24 hour care he is receiving. The residence is extremely safe and clean and from the onset the entire staff has taken a sincere interest in getting to know him and his needs, interests and habits. The dining facilities are top notch featuring locally grown ingredients, diverse menu selections and have shown flexibility catering to his favorite tastes. The residence has a wonderful, active and multi-faceted social program that allows all residents to pick and choose relative to their interests striving for inclusiveness and doing a remarkable job presenting new experiences bringing in performers from a wide spectrum to entertain the residents, offering many creative activities along with field trips. We couldnt be more pleased or more grateful to Stone Hill at Andover for the total care and sincere interest that they have provided to our brother and we highly recommend this lovely senior living Community for your loved one. My dad moved in to Stone Hill last March. His wife died in December and we moved him back from Florida to be close to his family. We have been blessed by the caring and nurturing staff. Prior to COVID, my siblings, children and I, have all had dinner there, attended happy hours as well as seeing various entertainers, great fun for all! I wanted to send a letter of gratitude to the staff and administration of Stone Hill Senior Living Facility in Andover. You have all been on top of you game in keeping our family members safe throughout the COVID pandemic. I have lost track of how many times residents and staff have been COVID tested in an effort to keep everyone safe.Last Thursday, we were all given hope when the Stone Hill residents and staff received their first COVID Vaccination! am a healthcare provider who has been fortunate to receive both vaccines. For that added reason, I know that this day was certainly met with an overwhelming amount of emotion. It was a joyful and exciting day.Last year was a devastating year for all of us. The vaccinations have ushered in great hope and they have raised the prospects of ending the devastating isolation that many residents have felt from the onset of the pandemic.I think that I can speak for many families when I offer my gratitude to the entire Stone Hill staff for all they do on a day to day basis in caring for our love ones. Beautifully decorated with interesting art and comfortable sitting areas, Stone Hill makes the assisted living experience one to treasure and enjoy. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious and the staff couldnt be more upbeat and helpful. Whenever a situation occurs which needs attention, the staff is right there to help any way they can. They make the transition from home to assisted living as smooth as possible. Their outdoor terraces and walking paths allow residents to be in the fresh air whenever weather permits. Stone Hill at Andover is a happening place in every way and they have welcomed my mom with open arms.

The facility is elegant, the food is great, and the staff is very friendly, efficient and accomodating. My sister had a broken arm and they ordered an electrically operated reclining chair especally for her. I have had relatives at various facilites in the area and Stone Hill is by far the best.

My mom recently moved to Stone Hill - it was a BIG deal for her as she lived in her house for 60+ years. The staff at Stone Hill could not have made it more easy and welcoming. The place is beautiful and all staff are so caring. This absolutely has given my siblings and me a peace of mind knowing she was in such safe and good hands! Also, the residents have been so kind and welcoming as well. My mom is now saying Im going to really love living here!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Stone Hill!!

We, (Lady Barbara and I) have just completed the third week in our new beautiful Home. The staff here is extremely caring, very professional, positive, and the entire Stonehill team is outstanding. It is a very happy, friendly Family here on the Hill. when its meal time you feel as though you are living in a hotel as meals are made to order and served by very personal servers. (My only problem thus far is a concern for gaining too much weight as everyday there are different (Delicious) daily specials!)It really is All-Inclusive living, and the only thing missing is a sandy beach!

My Mothers first visit was in March, 2019. This was going to be a tough transition since my Mother was reluctant to leave her home. Sales director, Patty King, instantly connected with my Mother and made her feel very comfortable. Patty sat with us, got to know my Mother, and took her time explaining how Stone Hill would be the community for her.My Mother has been here since June. To say that she loves it would be an understatement! This new home has been an absolute life saver. She is part of a wonderful, loving, caring, & expanding community. The staff is simply excellent. They are attentive, responsive, and do they the best they can to accommodate all residents. The building is immaculate and the food is terrific. I cant recommend Stone Hill enough!

Mom was one of the first 25 residents to join the StoneHill family!! She was making a difficult move in her young 90s!She was greeted and included warmly from her first contact. The amount of opportunity to meet new friends and experience new activities is endless.Her personal care needs were evaluated professionally and timely. We have never felt she is not looked after, from the time she moved in.Her surroundings are beautiful; spacious, immaculate, and homey. Incorporating her own furnishings and belongings to her studio made her transition smooth.StoneHill is a truely special assisted living place!!

The decision to move a loved one into an assisted living environment is a transition that is challenging on so many levels. My mother and I were familiar with facilities in the area and had revisited them before looking at Stone Hill. It was just last October that we made the decision to move her here. My mom has been at Stone Hill for 3 months now and the topics of conversation are endless. The friendly and caring attitude is evident at all levels; from management, to the activity personnel, to the dining room chef and to all staff associates. They are all willing to go out of their way to ensure that all residents expectations are met. The food is always good, with variety and special requests. The activities are never ending and the holiday and birthday celebrations are special. Recently my mother who is in her 90s attended yoga for the first time! Personally, it is comforting to know that my mother is safe, and being cared for in such a beautiful environment.

The staff are very thoughtful and facilitated a seamless transition for my Mother. Mom frequently compliments the staff, food, facility and activities. She is very happy and I couldnt be more pleased with her care. The food is great and the variety of activities keeps Mom engaged and looking forward to each new experience. Some of her favorites are the museum trips, guest musicians, yoga and exercise class, parties, flower arranging and painting.
