Hello, My mom, Peg was at AdviniaCare in Newburyport MA for 2+ weeks. She is 92, with a kind and mischievous heart, slowly falling into the darkness of dementia. She fell at home, had hip surgery then sent to AdivinaCare for rehab. She was welcomed by a team that showed compassion and excellence from administration, business, social worker, PT/OT, medical and nurses/CNA. To leave your mom in the care of others can be worrisome. I will forever be thankful that she was treated with a loving embrace!

My Dad is staying at Country center for Health and every person we talk to is kind, caring and always available and willing to help and make my Dads stay comfortable. After many hospitals and rehab centers this one definitely has a much higher level of engagement and care.

Country Center has been the perfect place for rehabilitation for my loved one. This facility is a safe, caring nursing home where everyone is well cared for. The entire staff are all kind, thoughtful, attentive, and always a pleasure to talk to! They go above and beyond to ensure that patients are well taken care of everyday!

Jeff has been at AdviniaCare Country Center for three weeks now. He is scheduled to come home in a week. The facility has been such a pleasant experience after a very bad one at a Florida rehab in Boca Raton where he had his stroke. We were so pleased to find a facility at home where the staff truly cares about its residents. The first time I called Jean from admissions answered. She was so helpful knowing we were looking for a place to continue his rehab as soon as possible. She worked to place him quickly. She continued to follow up and has been so very kind and caring throughout his stay. Whenever he got anxious she would give him treats and juice from the lounge and even sat outside with him when he was wanting to come home. Even on his "bad days" the staff was patient and loving. Sue was there with a smile and Hershey kisses that he loved. I visited every day and Kim at the desk always greeted me personally with a smile and something nice to say. Ian in Rehab gave reports on a regular basis and was so good with advice for at home care. Just met Annie, new to the rehab staff and she was great with Jeff. The wonderful nurses took the time to listen to concerns and would go out of their way to help or advise. He enjoyed the meals and managed to put some of the weight he lost after the stroke. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you for all you do!

Country Center is an excellent place for rehab. The doctors and staff are caring and kind. They do everything to make your stay comfortable and do the things you need. Everyone was so nice to me during my stay. I know I have a great place to go any time I need rehab.

My Mom is a resident at Country and we are very grateful for the excellent care she receives from the hardworking nursing team. The staff in all departments are caring and responsive. The High Tea on Mothers Day was lovely, a big thank you to the Activities department!

Country Center's staff are very dedicated to their work in caring for both their short-term rehab patients and Long term care residents. They make everyone feel special including family and visitor's. They are right on any issue's or problems that arise and address them promptly. I've seen first hand how the nurses and CNA's continue to work in keeping their patient's and residents safe during this difficult time with COVID. They are all our Hero's.

I've had a great experience here. The staff has been wonderful, I would recommend Country for rehab! It is the best facility by far that I have been to, and I have been to many. I wish Country continues success given that my experience was definitely superb!
