When we went to visit our uncle, he wasn’t in his room and the staff were very good about finding where he was helping us to find him and we had a great visit. The staff were wonderful.

There's nothing like Mary's Meadows. CNA'S are top notch and so are the nurses and PT staff were fabulous. Food was good and clean. I loved it. It was prepped with love. The people who live at M M's, are happy. That should say it all. And the cleanliness was amazing. I give 5 five stars. But i would give the 5 stars on top of 5. Excellent facility.

Excellent care given by nurses and aides on Rehab First Floor. Patient, caring, committed, bringing lots of sunshine. PT/OT competent and driven to ensure patient’s goals. The therapists have an endless amount of patience and encouragement. Pleased we ended up here.

Mont Marie would have gotten a higher rating if it wasn’t for the night time nurse Tammy and her CNA Carlos. My husband on numerous occasions overheard Tammy say that they needed to get my husband out of here! She threatened to call 911 in the middle of the night because my husband was coughing (due to a cold). My husband said he’d refuse to go and she replied then you tell them that!. A few days later Carlos was assisting to transfer him off the toilet to his wheelchair-he told Carlos to put the wheelchair under him. Carlos told him to sit and he missed the chair and went down. We ended up filing grievances on them. It’s a shame because the nurses, the day cna’s, dietary and cleaning staff were wonderful. They were always pleasant and assist in any thing we needed. Wish I could rate higher but people need to know what goes on behind closed doors.

Mont Marie, in Holyoke, Massachusetts is a wonderful Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. Both the Management and the Staff are so competent, kind, and caring, and they consistently go the extra mile to make every patient as comfortable as possible. I felt 100% comfortable and secure about putting my most beloved brother in their care, and I would assure anyone else that they could also feel completely comfortable about doing the same. My brother, may he rest in peace, and I were so fortunate to have had such a wonderful facility and support staff to help us while he prepared for his final journey home. May God bless and keep you all!!

I had hoped to report a wonderful experience with Mont Marie, but I am disheartened by the administrative team's lack of communication. Despite assurances that they would address our inquiries, we have yet to receive a response. We were informed they awaited our reply, yet calls on our part were met with unavailability and unreturned messages. Answers to our questions remain pending, and yet, they are discharging him without resolution. In contrast, the nursing and care staff have been exceptional with my father, for which I cannot express enough gratitude.
