I had hoped to report a wonderful experience with Mont Marie, but I am disheartened by the administrative team's lack of communication. Despite assurances that they would address our inquiries, we have yet to receive a response. We were informed they awaited our reply, yet calls on our part were met with unavailability and unreturned messages. Answers to our questions remain pending, and yet, they are discharging him without resolution. In contrast, the nursing and care staff have been exceptional with my father, for which I cannot express enough gratitude.

Food service director was great. Unfortunately the pay scale is off with the company and pay way lower then other places. When I was in lobby overhead a patients family member saying they ran out of mother's meds changed them with out letting them know. Also said was not sure they are even giving her medication as prescribed. They were advised to see the director of nursing.

I was at Mont Marie for a month after I had a fall needing PT & OT. My experience was excellent. The staff was phenomenal. They were kind, compassionate and supportive.My PT & OT went great and I left there feeling confident.
