I wanted to write another review of the Benchmarks community in Framingham, MA. I had an Aunt live in their Harbor Memory Care community. She had lived there for 2.5 years…and through her passing this June. The entire team, from Reception to the RCAs, RNs, housekeeping and maintenance staffs could not do enough for us. Everyone knows each resident by name, their special likes or dislikes and makes life there be as smooth as possible. Do yourself a favor and check them out for your family member.

After caring for our elderly cousin for 10 years, the decision to move him to an assisted living facility was one we had dreaded for a long, long time. However, moving him to the Branches in Framingham was one of the best decisions we ever made! The facility itself, which was only opened a few years ago, looks brand new. It is beautifully maintained outside and spotless inside. The restaurant has new, delicious and fun menu items every day, and residents ask for and receive special requests with regularity. The calendar is loaded with activities seven days a week that include exercise classes, crafts, public meetings for the residents, and outings to restaurants and shopping. Our cousin, who had become somewhat of a recluse, is now busy every day and is enjoying his new surroundings and friends. The best thing about the Branches, however, is the staff. The level of kindness they show the residents is absolutely astounding. From management to the restaurant staff, the maintenance crew to the front of the house team and caregivers, we have not encountered one unkind person since we've been there. On the contrary, the entire staff is caring and helpful, and truly seem to enjoy what they are doing. We would recommend the Branches to anyone without hesitation and are very grateful for all they've done for our family.

Warm and welcoming community created by a caring and supportive staff. Issues are addressed right away and time and attention is given to residents as they become acclimated into the community. Food is wonderful and the spaces are very homey. So glad I found The Branches for my mom.

We moved my father in about 3 months ago, coming from a Memory Care facility in another town nearby where we had a very poor experience for him. The Branches staff made the transition into their "Harbor" facility very smooth, quick and easy for us. The accommodations are clean, modern and well designed and the staff are all incredibly kind. The differences between the two facilities my father has lived in are night and day, and we are very happy with The Branches and also relieved to have him nearby to where we live. The thing I love the most is how welcoming the community is. They truly encourage the family of residents to be an active part of their family member's life and treat the facility as they would their loved one's home. That has made a remarkable difference to all of us who love my father. There has been a small bump or two along the way but all in all I am most impressed with the professionalism of the management and care staff and feel that I can trust them - which to me, is the very most important thing. I would recommend this facility for Memory Care. I can not attest to the Assisted Living services and accommodations.

My stepfather has lived at The Branches of Framingham for 2 years. It is a pleasant to live in building with nice, albeit small, rooms. The food is very good. The staff always offer to cook something special for him (e.g. salmon) if he doesn't like the menu of the day. They have very caring people-from the receptionist to the aides that take him to his meals. They were extremely accommodating in helping to find him a cat to keep him company and the additional help it takes to keep his cat fed and the litter box clean. He always gets his medications and the aides are quick to come help him when he presses his call button.

The Branches of Framingham was a terrific surprise for us -- I can't tell you how caring and wonderful the staff is. My husband needed assisted living for constant care as I work full time and could not attend to all his needs. This situation put a tremendous mental strain on me and wanted to find a place that cared about him - his comfort and his dignity. We found such a place at The Branches of Framingham. The quality of care and attention is fabulous. While he was unable (or unwilling) to participate in all the activities, there was always something going on for the enjoyment of their residents. The other residents were friendly and formed a very nice community. If you are evaluating different facilities, i strongly suggest you evaluating the Branches as an alternative.

Branches of Framingham has done so much to make the transition into assisted living comfortable and assuring; not only for our elder family member, but for our entire family. We are welcomed warmly anytime we visit, and the facility is always clean and well attended. Communication is a priority and any issues are addressed promptly and with compassion. As with any life transition it is never an easy path, but the staff at Branches is open to helping in any way possible and always willing to work to make our loved one feel at home. The social and cultural opportunities for the residents are varied and interesting and residents are encouraged to share their knowledge and experiences as part of the activities. We have had experience with several family members and other facilities and feel Branches is by far the best choice we could have made.

The Branches of Framingham is a loving, caring modern, clean assisted living residence. The staff is great and friendly. They know each of the residents names which means so much. I looked at many assisted living residences for my mom in the metro west area and chose the Branches of Framingham due it it’s size, beautiful modern common areas and apartments, friendly staff, a variety of activities including musical performances, art and games. The dining experience for mom offers many choices. The food is thoughtfully prepared. I wanted a place with continuity of care. The Branches has a memory unit. My brothers and I have been very happy with our choice for our mom who could no longer live independently.

My mom has been at The Branches for a little over a year. It has been a wonderful experience. The facilities are immaculate, the care team is extremely friendly and caring. The kitchen staff checks on everyone frequently Even as a visitor they ask if you need anything and make sure everyone is taken care of. There is no shortage of activities for the residents. It really is great place for someone needs assisted living.

Moving my Mom from the West Coast, where she has lived for the last 35 years, back to MA was not an easy decision. It made sense to move her closer to family, but we knew it wouldn't be easy to find the right assisted living community for her. She was very knowledgeable about assisted living communities since my grandmother, father and she had all lived in them. We researched and toured a number of communities in the Metrowest area and chose The Branches of Framingham for her. She moved in about three months ago and we couldn't be happier with the community. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained; all of the staff that we have interacted with have been wonderful; and my Mom has made some very good friends in the short time she has been there. If you are looking for an assisted living community in MA, I highly recommend The Branches of Framingham.

My mom has been at Branches since February 2020 when they opened. It has been absolutely amazing and my mom loves it. The staff has been unbelievable and I have never felt more comfortable or at ease. Their COVID protocols are beyond amazing. I cant say enough about how lucky we are for my mom to have such a wonderful support team and 2nd family .

One of the hardest things my siblings and I have had to do is find the right assisted living facility for our aging mom. We searched all over the Metrowest area for the right fit. We took many tours and talked to many representatives of other facilities. We feel so fortunate to have chosen The Branches of Framingham. We couldnt be happier with the facility. Everything about the Branches is terrific! The staff from; management, kitchen, front desk, nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, and activities personnel, are all like family to her and us. The building is spotless, and my mom loves the food. It seems every time I call her to chat, she is participating in some activity. During the pandemic, they have been great at keeping everyone safe and communicating all updates to us. We highly recommend The Branches of Framingham.

My father has been at Branches of Framingham since March 2020. He moved in two weeks before COVID lockdown. They have been absolutely amazing and quickly become his second family. While COVID restrictions havent been easy, I believe branches is the #1 weapon my family and I have to protect my father. Thank you to all the staff - we appreciate all of you- shout out to dining staff for entertaining my dad and for treating him so well. ( and for making him is Risotto).

I am guardian and conservator for a man who recently moved to Branches of Framingham. My mother and sister were both in assisted living facilities. I was impressed by the physical structure of the assisted living facility but more so by the friendliness of the staff and their care in helping the residents. It truly is a wonderful place.
