Pretty location; not much interaction between c.n.a.'s and resident nor between nursing and resident. Lack of assessment skills on the part of nursing. Overall, disappointed. Reception can be abrupt, rude...a welcoming smile goes a long way.

If you are in search of senior care for a loved one, make sure you speak with Brookdale (I worked with Ashly Gaumond). She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and helpful. It was clear her main goal was to do what is best for the patient and if it isnt her property, she will tell you and make other suggestions.

I visit Brookdale often and have connected with some of the residents there. They all seem so happy and well cared for! Ive attended some events the community puts on and everyone is always having a blast!

Brookdale Cushing Park has done an excellent job of protecting their residents and associates during the Covid-19 pandemic. They have had a very minimal number of positive testings for the virus. I am especially happy for the weekly zoom calls with the families to update us on how our loved ones are doing. They are open to questions and suggestions at any time. These people have gone above and beyond. Kudos to Brookdale Cushing Park and the wonderful staff working there!

I have been working at Brookdale Cushing Park For over 8 years and from personal experience I can say that the management and staff really put the residents needs at top priority I really enjoy coming to work every day.

We only had a week to find a memory care facility for our dad. The Director was very knowledgeable and we really liked the atmosphere in the memory care unit. The team helped us through all the steps to move him asap. He has been there for a month and we are very happy with his care and he seems comfortable as well. Special thanks to Amy the nurse, she is always available to answer our questions. Our family highly recommends this facility.

Great place to walk ride bikes take the kids to play at the playground or even have a picnic or walk your pets.

I was able to take a tour of this community and found it to be wonderful. It was very beautiful and well kept all the time. The staff was great and answered all questions that we had. The location was the only reason we did not move forward.

Went 8/17 and it was gorgeous. I love that it is on the bike trail so dad can walk with ease. They had almost everything we were looking for. It was almost an hour to get though. they have movies every night and a cocktail hour once a week. Garden, book and walking club. The villas were beautiful.
