We have lived here about 2 1/2 years and not once have we ever regretted choosing to move here. Everything we were looking for we found here at Anwelt Heritage. This is a secure building, if a visitor enters in our apartment number our phone is called through the system and after we ascertain who it is, then we enter a code for them to enter the building. In our 2+ years we have needed maintenance a handful of times.Whether it was 9am on a weekday or 9pm on a Saturday night I was always treated in a pleasant, caring, as soon as possible manner. It's actually very enjoyable living with neighbors who are all in a similar age group too!

I moved here from Leominster 6 months ago & I simply love it ! I love the tenants & it is beautiful & quiet comfy & eco friendly too ! The apartments are large & it is a great community atmosphere !

Ive lived in this 55+ apartment building for 5 months so far and its been a good experience. This was a former shoe factory thats been refurbished. The interiors of the apartments retain the old-school factory charm with high ceilings, brick walls, and big, beautiful windows along with up-to-date appliances. The property management staff are friendly, yet professional. Ive found that they are very responsive to any issues that may arise. The common grounds inside and out are well-lit, well-kept, and clean. New lightning fixtures were recently installed in the common areas and in each individual apartment. The only drawback for me is that grocery stores and other shopping arent within a comfortable walking distance. For those without vehicles, the MART shuttle bus stops here. All things considered, I would recommend Anwelt Heritage Apartments.

My father lived here after selling his home that he lived in for 40 years. It was a great place to live. He was allowed to keep his dog he had for 14 years. He felt part of a community. The building is always keep so clean. They have a lot of things going on to help get the tenants out of their apartments and meet other tenants.

Love the loft apartments. Staff is friendly and responsive. My neighbors in the building are very nice. Wish they had at least 1 extra large commercial washer and dryer for quilts, comforters. Trash is picked up daily from its deposit location on each floor.
