Went there today to do some maintenance on some units and was greeted by staff and felt positivity from every direction.. bright and full of smiles and life! To be honest I wasn’t expecting such a delight from this small maintenance job but never the less thought I should come here and review.

This facility is A+++. It has been a part of my community for many years. I only live a few miles away. I have had several family members, friends, and former coworkers live here. In fact, all of my children have sang Christmas songs here through our local Catholic school. I have also worked with them from a referral company. Everything they do is top notch. The rep over sales, Ginger is nothing but joyful at all times. She cares about her clients and residents like they are family. Joan, the facility manager is also an amazing and caring person. She goes above and beyond to make the community and residents feel special and welcome! If you are considering this facility for your loved one you are in the Right place! And they have just done some new and beautiful renovations.

The best place to have my uncle living. The staff and residence are very welcoming, and the accommodations, food and services are superior to others with a much higher price point. I am blessed that my uncle has a new family!

I first moved in October of 2014 with my husband. stayed until January of 2021. moved because of my husband needing more help. i stayed with my husband until October of 2021and moved back here. missed all my friends and social events. glad to be back "home". Recommend nouveau marc to everyone i know.

Enjoyed meeting Denise who was professional, personable and knowledgable. She showed me the very inviting facility which felt clean with nice gardens and dining area, and a professional and friendly staff. It is well worth considering for my loved one who is still independent but can use a few conveniences that the facility offers.

My experience with Nouveau Marc so far is only a tour of the community, but it looks great and I love the independent living with options and people around when needed. Sherie is very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and a wonderful tour. My grandmother has been very happy here. It has taken a lot of worry away from our family. She loves the meals and the variety of activities, and it's one of the more affordable options around (very important for her). The only downside has been billing - they have told us twice that her rent wasn't paid on time when it absolutely was, and we'd receive nasty letters about it. The office staff has been pretty nonchalant about their errors. If they could get that aspect of it fixed, it would be a 5 star community.
