Can't say enough wonderful things about Laketown Village. Cindy was more than accommodating with my pressure of an emergency move in. My first tour of the facility made ME feel I was at home. I only found one minor problem on my initial tour which I felt at ease mentioning to Cindy and every visit to the facility since, I've noticed it's been addressed and fixed. Everyone on the entire staff has been wonderful. They know all residents by name. My parents love the apartment and the therapy they are receiving. They rave about the food and my mother who was not eating prior to moving in now never misses a meal. And they love all the staff. The on site transportation to doctor appointments is wonderful since I live out of state. The courtyard is beautiful. The meals I've had there are high end restaurant quality. Residents are all a pleasure to speak with. Cindy, Charlie and Renee are an asset and without their help, I would have never been able to get my parents moved in. Laketown and Cindy were a Godsend when I was at a loss for what to do for my 85 year old parents who will be celebrating their 65th anniversary and didn't want to live apart. I wish I could give the facility 100 stars. Thank you.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Regarding the number of aids, they are often understaffed on weekends, otherwise we are satisfied with the care.

We were very pleased with our visit and tour. Cindy answered our questions, explained the accommodations, levels of care and activities so well. She took time to find out about us, our interests, and concerns.The tour included the general areas as well as an apartment. The staff was very friendly. Now we have good information to be able to evaluate how well this facility will meet our needs.

Personally I feel the facility is very nice, however, I had to put trash bags in my mother in laws can in her room and load her drinks in her refrigerator. I certainly did not mind doing this but felt it could have been done by personal. The drinks were stacked by the refrigerator so she could not access what was already in there.

Our overall experience has been amazing!

My mother in law has made great friends at Laketown Village. During the pandemic it has been challenging as we can only visit her through a window but everyone there makes it as easy as possible. There is a special beautifully decorated window visiting area with chairs and a tent for us to chat through a walkie-talkie-baby monitor. She enjoys the activities they offer and sometimes asks us to come visit later so she can finish her activities.

Wish I could share photos, residents sitting with their face in their plates!! This place has gone down hill since new owners, Laketown, took over!!! All about the $$$ & not about the care given. Oops, they also lie straight to your face, no one takes responsibility!! Outta here!! Will not miss anyone, except Ms Tiffany!! She should be running the place!!!

The good folks, at Laketown Village, did such a great job of making my wifes final days as peaceful as possible. The memory care facility is well suited for people at many different levels of need. To the aides, Carroll, Rachelle, Chandelier, Marleen, Souvenir, Babitha, Amanda, Anona, Samantha, Jessica, Tim, Kay and any others I may have missed, a heart felt thank you. You all do a difficult job that most people would shy away from. Compliments to the chef and his staff for providing a tasty variety of meals. Housekeeping and maintenance staffs kept the facility in great shape. Raygan Fink did a terrific job of making each resident feel connected.I want to thank Rochelle Nichols, the Advantage med nurse team, the Stat team and the Passages Hospice team for all of their compassionate treatment of Evelyn. Most of all I want to thank Jennifer Pope, Kim Eids and Courtney Henry for their good counsel, when I needed to change my roll in Evelyns care, and for always having a hug ready for anyone who needed it.

Brookdale is one of several communities that we toured. The entire experience, from scheduling the appointment to taking the tour was handled very professionally. We were treated with respect and kindness. We were given a thorough tour and met several of the staff along the way. The community looks to be very well maintained. We did not witness many activities going on, but that was likely due to the time of day we were touring. The pricing seems to be very competitive with other similar communities.
