Choosing an independent living facility is something of a dice-roll. Ask the residents. If they say "it's ok" or "I'm happy" beware. If they say "I feel extremely fortunate that I chose Russellville Park" believe them.

We had lunch their with my wife's sister and it looked like a nice place to live.

This place has been an answered prayer for our family. Mother is happy there and I am so glad. She has her own room and bathroom that we furnished with her own furniture. Looks like home. The staff is warm, kind and attentive. She loves them all. I am so glad she didn't have to go to a rest home and could be in such a comfortable place where she has her privacy.

Kentucky's trees bring "lightning bugs" and other beautiful nature manifestations for observing while sitting at dusk on the front porch! Hear the frogs talking to one another in the evening as one prepares to relax even more before retiring to bed. Care in the facility for it's seniors is mental happiness as well as physical fitness free of pain.

The facility upkeep was excellent - very clean. The Staff was very courteous and understanding of the situation we had. My Great Grandfather lived comfortably his last few years of life. He seemed very happy before he passed on.
