Mom seems to be doing well and the only complaint she has is she's not fond of some of the food. But some is good she says. Nurses have been helpful and treated her kindly.

Very nice people working there. Dad said his food is always cold the toast is so hard he can't eat it. Come on the price these people pay for rehabilitation they should get so much better meals. Breaks my heart he's having to deal with that so I'll bring home soups and hot food when possible. Facility is clean and nice. Need to work on Food menu and the temperature of the food.

This has been rough! Your day staff is wonderful and about 1/2 on evenings are good. That being said this unit is continually understaffed for the level of care some patients need. Just today my sister has waited 2 hours to be changed. Would you want to sit in wet pants for 2 hours. Yesterday afternoon my sister asked to be put back in bed, 3 hours later no one had made it in. The staff was a person short. She came in a quadriplegic, she fell out of bed the 1st night, don't know how long she was on the floor, but she was put in the lift, left in it for 3-4 hours while sitting by the nurses station. She also could not talk much. Getting a shower is almost impossible. She is on the list, she was next. 4 days later after my complaints she got a bed bath. Put a relative of yours in there, would you want this kind of care. I realize help is hard to get and keep, but maybe admission should be based on the amount of help that is hired, not how many beds are opened. This is just a few things that I can verify. I hope this input helps. Again most of the staff is great. Wish I knew their names

Ascension Via Christi Village Ridge was our first choice when faced with the decision on where to have Mom receive the rehab she needed. All the staff have been absolutely great!! Mom's been there a week now and I'm so happy with our choice. We actually couldn't be happier. Thank you all for the quality care Mom is receiving.
