The tenant that we saw related that everybody was great to him. It was difficult to get inside, the intercom was not working someone who was trying to get back in, was banging on the door. Another visitor inside went and got somebody and finally we were able to get. So some part of that system is not working.

We chose Azria health care after my grandma broke her hip and her shoulder (while living alone.) My grandma was adamant she’d never want to live in an old folks home but finally agreed it was time for more help. Everyone at Azria has been so good to her and our family. My grandma said I should have done this a long time ago. The CNAs and RNs have been so attentive and caring. She did recover from her falls at home but eventually got sicker and she decided to focus on comfort. The lovely people at Azria have been with us every step of the way and my grandma really loved seeing them (even when she felt sassy!) the change to hospice has been hard for us, but her nurses in assisted living came down and made her a welcome home sign when she was discharged from the hospital. Thank you to Sheri, Christy, Jessica, Kayla, Amanda and all of the other wonderful people who have helped us over the past year. Azria is a wonderful place for your loved ones.

I am impressed with the care my friend is getting. Her room did not smell with body fluid odors and that is a real plus. When I entered the facility, it gave me a peaceful happy feeling. Only complaint she had was the food could taste better. However it could be her condition causing some of that. Tell the staff thanks for the smiling friendly faces.

The patient I was there to visit had nothing but praise for his care and therapy program. Everyone I had contact with residents and patients appeared happy with their service and surroundings. The staff was very supportive of my visit and wanted to make sure that I would be welcome at any time.

When my uncle moved here out of state, this is the community we chose for him. He said it was the nicest place he had ever been to. He loved the staff and you could tell they loved him also; He was doted on and spoiled rotten 🙂 He loved the activities and made a lot of friends. Obviously he was here due to health issues which he did finally pass away from but I would recommend Azria whole heartedly. They went above and beyond to make his last months truly amazing. We as family were confident that he was well cared for. I cannot say enough nice things about them.

This is a very clean, very organized facility, however, some of your patients and your facility cannot stand fully upright so they cannot see the daily activities posted high up on the sliding door going towards the bathroom so they should be posted low for people that are basically bed bound as well as somewhere on the walls the times of your breakfast lunch and dinner for when they're allowed to leave and take themselves down there I guess that wasn't explained to her that she can come and go as she needs to so she sits and waits until somebody tells her otherwise because she feels like she just has to sit in her room the whole time so if it has been explained better to the patients it would be better for them and if those signs was posted better for they can read it better it would be better for them other than that the facility is excellent

This facility is esthetically pleasing and it was clean. My sister was there for rehab from a broken femur. She said the food was good, but the care was awful! Very long waits for staff response to call button. She developed a bed sore and an air mattress was put on her bed. It didn’t hold air and it was brought to their attention numerous times before finally being replaced 3 days later. She couldn’t sleep one night for being so uncomfortable. She was in the same clothes for 3 days and not bathed until it was brought to their attention several times. Moved her to Ascension on north Maize Rd.

I always enjoy visiting my friend Dwight at Azria. He is very happy there, and he has friendly relations with staff members from junior to senior level. It is a clean facility, and it feels like a warm community.
