As a child living away from my parents, it was crucial that my parents live in a welcoming, well- kept community. They are constantly doing events at Reflection Ridge. It is a classy place with a super staff. Stacy has been wondering since they day we met her. Nyla & Thomas really care about the residents. Facility is beautifully decorated with high-end pieces. They decorate for holidays. This is a great place!

My MIL lives at Reflection Ridge and we monitor how everything is going every week. The biggest complaint is the food, it sounds like is just not very good. We understand there are meetings and you can't please everyone.This has just been a recurring theme since day one. Yes, we have tried the food on several occasions, it was not very good. All else has been great, love the staff. I think this really needs to be address as I know this isn't the only person who has complained.

After a thorough search for just the right place, we decided on Reflection Ridge in Wichita. We had visited many other retirement communities before deciding, but felt this was the right place for dad. He liked it as well, because he was VERY independent, and saw that he could stay in his beautiful, roomy apartment for as long as he liked. Interim Nursing was on hand for help if, when he needed it as he aged or became infirmed. The staff is the most outstanding part of this place. They are true professionals who work from the heart. My father has been a part of this wonderful community for three years and has loved every minute there. He cares about them and they, him. My dad is now 99 and rather frail, but still fiercely independent. Interim comes in and fixes breakfast for him, which he loves! He still does his own laundry and self-care. I come in twice a week to bring him extras and put things in order, but otherwise he is on his own and very happy.My sister and I have offered our homes to him and round the clock care, but he loves the community of staff and residents so much he wont even consider leaving.We have never doubted our choice. Reflection Ridge is always responsive to my dads changing needs and they are there for all of us when we call. We feel like they are part of our Family.

They are kind, understanding and great problem solvers. This has not been easy for my mom, and she has resisted all the way. The staff has gone above and beyond to make the easy.

Very nice retirement community. The hosts are always very kind and hospitable. The food is usually pretty good and there are a wide variety of services in-building.

Thanks to all the friendly conscientious staff who provide a great quality of life for my Mom. You provide healthy meals, clean spacious apartments, complimentary laundry facilities, transportation to appointments and shopping trips, exercise options, social activities and entertainment, cable TV, a movie theater, plus a beauty shop. The list of amenities goes on and on. Our family visited numerous other facilities before selecting Reflection. One thing that finalized our decision, is the fresh clean smell that welcomes guests upon entering the building. We enjoy visiting Mom here! It is independent living, however, we sleep well at night knowing Mom can press her panic button anytime, 24, 7, and a nurse will be there to help her within minutes. We feel Mom is safe here!
