My brother moved in April 2026 and is the happiest he's been in years. After a couple months is a different AL in Wichita that wasn't going well Ralph was able to move into Regent Assisted Living. He loves having a room that opens into the courtyard. He doesn't need a lot of help however the staff is always available with whatever he does need. He has gained weight which he needed and is always complementing the chief, wait staff and excellent food. He participates in the activities and is always raving about how nice his new home is. As I don't live in KS I have peace of mind with the staff at Regent Parks communication keeping me informed. It's nice that he has a place to really enjoy during this time of his life.

My very elderly father lived at Regent Park AL for the last 2.5 years of his life. I had to choose an assisted living facility quickly due to a fast decline in his health and I truly believe he would not have lived those last years without the care and attention he received at Regent Park. The facility is well-maintained, pleasantly lit, and very clean. Staff members took the time to get to know my dad and told me stories about their interactions. My tween daughter loved visiting her grandpa and participating in various activities, especially the Easter egg hunts! Living far away, I never worried about my dad's care (unlike when he was at his house) because of all the eyes watching him and ready to help! Having a rehab center next door was also very helpful!

Dannica Avendano, Regent Park Assisted Living’s Health Care Director, is the absolute BEST! I don’t even know where to begin. As the daughter of a resident, I have had lengthy meetings with Dannica on multiple occasions, regarding both paperwork & medical care (my mother has a unique medical issue), & she always gives 100%. She doesn’t just answer a question so that she can move on to the next & get things done. She truly puts thought into everything she says & does, & wants to make sure things are done correctly & thoroughly, crossing I’s & dotting T’s, even when it causes more work for her. She is immensely organized, knowledgeable, respectful, caring & compassionate. Our medical community is over-worked, but you would never know it when talking to her. Everything she does is done with a smile, & a laugh that makes you feel like family. Regent Park is SO blessed to have you, Dannica..THANK YOU for ALL you dofor my mother & for everyone at Regent!

My mother spent approx 4 yrs in assisted living and memory care there. Very upset with management no being upfront with us regarding no use of lifts and lack of staff to provide 2 person assistance when she needed. We had to find other placement for her for the last 2 months of her life after we had paid them over $400,000. It is a for profit organization with shareholders. Beware!!

I did my clinical there for my CNA class and the staff there was amazing and they had fun with the residents but also made sure the residents were taken care no call light went un answered the staff always made sure to answer the call light basically as soon as they went off regent is a great place for your family

I had a wonderful time touring Regent Park. The level of thoughtfulness that goes into making it a friendly and safe atmosphere for all is very impressive. I happen to tour during some group exercises and loved seeing so many smiling and laughing faces! You can tell that the staff has immense love for their residents and it is definitely reciprocated!

We are very pleased with the care and attention our loved one receives from the entire staff at Regent Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. Our mother has been a resident there for three years and we have been and continue to be happy that she is living in this facility.

My father lived at Regent Park AL for over 4 years. The staff was amazing. As he neared end of life, they guided me through transition to hospice care and helped me as well as my father through the changing emotional and physical demands of this very difficult period. The staff was amazing from the front desk, to nursing, to administrators, and even to maintenance personnel. They are total professionals with a commitment to care.

The Regent Park employees are very good. My 98 year old mother was moved there in March of this year. She had been experiencing delusions and was moved for her safety. On weekends to supplement staff, agency people are used. For patients in memory care, this is not ideal: residents do not know them because there are different personnel involved and the people brought in do not know the residents and their issues. To retain care workers it is necessary to pay them adequately. The Regent employees are caring and do a very good job caring for our loved ones.
