There are not enough kind words to describe how wonderful Timber Creek & their entire staff has been caring for my Dad during this difficult time, but also caring for his wife. We have always been pleased with the care & attention, but now that my Dad is under Hospice care, they have gone above & beyond in making sure all of their needs are met quickly & with compassion, empathy, sympathy, and great concern for their wellbeing! This is not just administration, but also nursing, aides, not to mention the excellent cooks & dining room staff. They attend not only to the residents, but also kind & helpful to the families of the residents. They treat us all like family & with a true affection for my Dad & his wife. A big thank you goes to Shannon and April prior to my mom moving in last week. They allowed her to come in and check on her apartment from time to time prior before she moved in 30 days later. Very helpful on answering all my questions. The staff here is so kind and caring and very helpful. My mom loves her apartment which feels like home to her, she has already starting to make new friends.

The entire staff has been nothing but amazing. Shannon has been so helpful to me and my grandmother- I dont know what I would have done without her. She answered all my questions and went completely out of her way to make sure everything for my grandmother was in order for her to move in. She is always kind and caring regardless of what concerns I bring up to her. Ananda has been amazing as well. She has been very prompt on getting back to me with any questions I have and done a great job organizing a medication plan. As someone that works in healthcare, I see quite often l how some employees and facilities dont put the well-being of patients first, but the staff at Timber Creek genuinely care about their job and their residents.
