So I worked for We are Family for about a year. I have to say this company goes above and beyond for not only the clients but the caregivers as well. If we ever had questions or issues there is someone we can call 24/7. (I worked overnights) they listen to the caregiver if we have ideas or thought on things that would help our clients and they actually listen. They treat everyone like family, and it actually feels like your part of the family.

I have been working for We Are Family Home Care for about 4 months now and I love it. The company works with my son's school schedule so I can work while he in school. And are very understanding of your health if something going on. We are all a family from the top to the bottom.. Administration to clients to caregivers to companions we are definitely a family❤❤

I've worked with this company now for 4 years now. I honestly can say this is the best company I have worked for. The management treat you with respect and are very caring. I've been in many situations were if wasn't for the management helping me I would of not been able to come to work. I've had death in my family actually happen on my shift I let management know and they were very understanding and found someone to cover for me so I could leave and tend to personal matters. This company makes you feel like family. Everyone treats everyone with respect. You really do become family with some of your clients because we are all they have. One clients looks forward to our visits and some even come to depend on us. This job gives you a sense of meaning a sense of purpose. You actually feel like you are making a difference in someone's life.

I have worked with we are family home care a little over a year now. An when I tell you they are the best company to work it isn’t an understatement. They will go above and beyond for their employees. They will find you the right schedule that fit your availability. All of the employees come together in a time of need as well.I personally have had many clients with our company whose family accepts us as a family member not as a caregiver . We are able to express any concerns with management and it’s addressed. If you aren’t working for we are family home care you should start ❤️
