I would not have thought I would be writing a glowing review of a senior rehab but seeing my mom happy everyday and gaining strength with therapy leaves me no choice. The staff at Rosebud listen to her and make her feel well taken care of. Family visit everyday but it is the staff the keep her motivated to keep working so she can get home very soon. Thank you Rosebud!

Everyone took great care of my mom Linda. Especially Sydney the nurses aide. She always went above and beyond caring for mom. She is one of a kind!!

My dad was there about 7 years ago before he passed and I'm very pleased with the care he received when he was there. The nurses and CNA are caring and CNA works hard together to give the residents the care they need and now, my husband has a uncle and a cousin there and and very pleased with the care they get and therapy I can't forget them. Simeon I can thank you enough for all you do especially how much you care for the residents. I can see it every time I see you with him how much you truly care for him. I just want to say Thank you to all the staff who take care of my dad and is taking care of uncle and cousin! You all are truly amazing

My mother in law is a resident at Rosebud and we are very happy about her care and experience. The CNA’s and Nurses work really hard and care for each and every resident. Thanks to them all for their excellent care and compassion for all the residents!!

My mother was a resident for a little over two years. She passed away on April 5, 2024. She was on hospice care starting on Feb 22, 2024. She received excellent care. Everyone who worked there was kind and attentive to the residents. After Mom passed someone from the facility called and asked if it would be helpful for them to pack up Mom's stuff. My husband said it would. A few days after that they called and asked if it would be helpful if they brought her things to her house. My husband said it would. So they did. I was blown away by their care and kindness. My Mom was a nurse and was a Director of Nursing at a long-term care facility my entire life. You could say I grew up in one. So I KNOW what a good facility looks like. And Rosebud Village is a GOOD place. I would recommend it everyone who has the need to place a loved one in a facility.

Rosebud is the best nursing facility in Richmond! They all work together to give the best care possible. They treat everyone with kindness. There are so many, I would like to recognize, but the list is too long. Tyrone is awesome. I would recommend them above all! My mother was at Rosebud for rehabilitation after a pacemaker implant (8 weeks). This is one of the nicest facilities and would highly recommend. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly, they take care of their patients, they have great therapy teams and provide a nice variety for meals. They also have daily activities with lots of social interaction so that a person doesn't get lonely. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!
