I lived at Rawlins House for 18 months. I then moved into another AL facility. As soon as an apartment opened at Fall Creek I moved in there. Moving to Fall Creek was the best decision of my life! I went to happy hour to mingle with my neighbors on Wednesday. I was very impressed by the setup and how well it was run. Everyone seemed so relaxed and happy. Fall Creek and Rawlins House have been the most friendly staffed facilities. Highly recommend!

My mom was at Rawlins House for a few weeks of rehab. We could not have been more pleased. Nursing, therapy, housekeeping, food, etc. They kept us informed of her progress and discharge was smooth as silk. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend Rawlins House to anyone needing their services.

Everyone at the Rawlins house has worked very hard to help my mom in every way rehab and her health. I feel like they are looking after her as if she is there own mom.

Rawlins House met all my needs for rehabilitation. I appreciate the friendly caregivers. They made me feel very welcome and helped make my stay pleasant. I went from being unable to get out of bed to being able to walk to the dining room by myself. The staff provided great help and encouragement. From the Edgreen family this place is great our mother was here for 15 months sadly she past away but the care she was given was the best. She was always clean and taken care of there is always issues at any place like this but their staff was courteous and polite. I was a patient in March and am just now reviewing. sorry, I received excellent care at this facility. I want to especially thank Brenda, Megan, and Bobby, the chef. He cut down two recipies to family size and printed them for me. Everyone was very good to me; the physical therapists; all of the nurses, and the CNA's. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Currently my mother is a resident at Fall Creek Retirement Village. She enjoys the camaraderie of the other residents and staff. Recently they have hired an amazing new chef and my mother really enjoys the egg salad. It gives me comfort knowing that she is so close to family. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place that feels like home for their loved ones

I was a patient in Rawlins House rehab with a broken hip in December 2016 until January 13, 2017. I received great care from a very helpful staff. The therapy team was first-rate and nursing and assistance staff were concerned and caring. That was my own experience, but I have some connection with past patients, my Grandmother was a Rawlins Long term care patient for four or five years until she passed in January 1990. Following my recovery my mother became a rehab patient in December 2017 and went to Fall Creek Assisted Living and thence to Long term care in 2018. She received excellent care. My brother was in rehab here for 3 weeks and then in long term care for another 3 weeks. He had excellent care and good counseling for the transition home in January 2020. He is doing well. My mother-in-law is currently in Rawlins for rehab and long term care. She has received concerned care and Rawlins has been very helpful in communication, suggested care, and assistance for family transition. It is a comfort that we have an excellent Rehab and Long term care facility--Rawlins House close to us. Many friends and family have been patients here.

I had my shadow shift at Rawlins house. I have shadow shifted in a different state before at a horrible place that thankfully got shut down. Rawlins house is night and day! The Cna that I shadowed under was probably the best cna I have ever had the pleasure of meeting he was caring and brought a smile to every resident he was helping. Before shadowing under him I was nervous about how this facility would be after my first experience with a bad facility. But Rawlins has changed my views for the better. I can not wait to work for them and be apart of their wonderful team. Once again huge shout out to the male cna I shadowed. You have passion and love for your job and it is shown through the care you give your residents who clearly adore you. ( I have kept names out of my review for peoples privacy)

I grew up in Pendleton and graduated from Pendleton high school many years ago. (Wont say how many) but I appreciate how involved rawlins house is with the community. Every year, my grandchildren look forward to the Easter egg hunt and Halloween trick or treating. The staff go above and beyond to make sure this a great experience for the community and Im happy to say weve been apart of it for 3 years and counting and we truly look forward to these events each year! Thank you Rawlins House for bringing these fun events back to our community!

Our mother has been a resident at Rawlins House since August. It was such an emotional time for my sister and I, questioning if we were doing the right thing. However we both knew we could not do the things necessary for health and well-being. We have seen the staff taking care of anything she may need. Chad and the staff have put my mind at ease. My husband and I have lived at Fall Creek since last August 25. During this time I have been a patient at Rawlins House for therapy due to a stroke and rehabbed back to my independent living apartment. I would highly recommend this facility because I have played the piano and organ in several facilities in this area and none are comparable to the staff and environment of Rawlins House and Fall Creek.As a side note I am presently Grand Organist of the Order of the Eastern Star in Indiana.

The nursing staff and CNAs were very caring. The therapists fit him for a wc and made changes to it as needed. The therapy department along with nursing staff were very good at monitoring his ability to feed himself and assisted him when needed. Very happy made division to go here.

My family member was there for 2 years. The nurses at RH are amazing!!! I couldnt have asked for them to take better care of her. She always said she didnt want to go into a nursing home, but ended up calling Rawlins House home. We cant thank the staff enough!!

My Mom lived at Rawlins House for two years before she passed away in September. The staff at Rawlins House is amazing. Nurses Patzi and Julie were there to help with my Moms passing. Julie stayed with my family until the very end. I couldnt have asked for better care.
