I live here. Everything is included except cable and phone. The apartment building has extra programs we can attend. Today we have rootbeer floats and music to listen to.

My mother has lived at Springdale village for nine years. She was very happy while she was a resident because if she had any maintenance issues, they were repaired quickly. My mom made a lot of friends while she was there. She enjoyed the connection room, socializing at the restaurant and the many outings that were scheduled. Having the van available for doctor appointments and grocery store trips was a huge benefit. I have dealt with Gidget who is very professional and approachable. I highly recommend Springdale for your family. Linda D.

My husband and I live in the Ventura Townehouse which seems like a lovely hotel. Our apartment is nice and has a large balcony with a great view of trees and a lawn with a putting green. We also enjoy three meals per day with excellent food. People are happy here and easy to meet as there are many activities. Every Friday afternoon the lobby is used for a wine and cheese party with a musician or musical group playing. Sometimes we enjoy dancing.

Legacy House of Ogden is fantastic. They truly care about their residents. My Grandmother was there many years ago and two of my Aunts also lived there. We appreciate all they did for our loved ones. ??

I will have lived at Legacy close to a year now. Will celebrate my 80th birthday in Nov. I have lived in a few facilities and my wife (who has dementia) has lived in a few more. I cannot express my gratitude and thankfulness enough to those who take care of me 24-7. I brag about the food (it's restaurant quality), about how clean they keep not only my apartment but the whole facility. The CEO Brad is the brightest, motivated and most caring administrator I have ever been associated with. He even takes his lunch hour to shoot pool with me. Now that is caring at its finest. If you are looking for the ideal place either for yourself or a loved one, you must at least check on Legacy House by calling Deanna our marketing director. You can find the number above. If you get a chance to come visit ask for Dave.. you'll get to hear me brag about this place in person.
