I have been working here for 7 months now. I have loved the outstanding communication I have gotten with the administrator and the assistant director of nursing. They are always there to help when I have a question. They work hard to fix any problem or concern that’s made. The memory care area is so big and beautiful! It’s open and gives people there more room to move around. The assisted living side is also beautifully designed with the residents in mind.

I am a former employee of Sugar Fork Crossing and I’m just here to say that I LOVED working there. It was an all around great environment to be apart of from the residents down to the staff. I would like to show recognition to Ms. Catrina Harris. The pride she takes in her work is truly inspiring and I was continually impressed by the work she produced. She treats the residents and staff like family and I thank her for that. Sugar Fork Crossing was and is exceptional place of business and I am glad to have experienced it.

I would just love to say that this facility is not just an assisted living but a family. I have been working here for awhile now and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. getting to work with each resident everyday and seeing there growth is just outstanding. Another thing is that not just the residents are great but the staff and the director’s are amazing at what they do for the resident.

What a beautiful and inviting living center. The staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are clean and spacious and the courtyard is a place to meet friends and family. I will definitely revisit Sugar Fork Crossing when the time is right.

After checking out numerous facilities, I chose Sugar Fork, because of the personal interaction and caring which is evident. Even though transitions are sometimes very difficult, the people at SF continually strive to make the lives of their residents a positive and loving place to be. Sugar Fork Crossing is a Heaven-sent gift! Mom has dementia, and after much consideration, I moved her in to SFC in July 2019. She is so happy there, and so loved. Its bright, clean, and beautiful. The staff have a true gift for caring for their residents, and honestly seem to take each one as part of their own family. Every person I have dealt with since the beginning has impressed me. And not just me. My whole family is thrilled with my choice of SFC. I am so blessed knowing that they are caring for Mom as well or better than I could.

Our loved one has lived at Sugar Fork Assisted Living since last September. Due to Covid restrictions, we have scarcely been in the building, but the surroundings are beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. We havent met many staff members, but our aunt has been regularly relating to us about her care and living conditions since she moved in. 0verall, she has enjoyed the interactions with her nurses, aides, support staff, and neighbors. She especially highlights the fun, creative socialization opportunities which the activities director has planned to keep spirits up in the midst of this pandemic! The main thing we keep hearing is that they are short staffed. It seems like turnover is high as well. This is a concern. There have been multiple occasions where she had to wait several days for a scheduled shower, since there was only one staff member covering the whole building. In addition, she frequently complains about the food. It has been erratic and often cold, stale or simply inedible. Finally, the maintenance staff has not been particularly attentive to her needs. She has been asking repeatedly for him to help her with hanging things in her apartment and some other items, but shes had little success, and shes been there six months! Truly, we are happy with many things about Sugar Fork. We just feel that some of these points should be addressed by administration for the wellbeing of all residents.

I have worked with Sugar Fork in various capacities and I have always found it to be a wonderful and warm place. As a fellow health care professional, I have the opportunity to encounter many long term care providers. I know that if I am at Sugar Fork, I will find well cared for Residents in a beautiful home. The leadership is responsive and helpful. I have witness their passion for their staff and residents on a routine basis. The care and compassion from the memory care team is truly heartwarming. Thank you so much for treating our elderly with the respect they deserve!

It meets all your needs if you are in a Senior Citizens age. The staff is great, all phases of it. Meals are available for family and friends and they are delicious. The walking trail is a great place to walk and they provide transportation. It is all around great place.

I love that our senior population has such a nice community to live in. From the moment I saw this building coming up, I had a feeling that I needed to be here. The fellowship and the atmosphere that we are creating here for our residents is unmatched here in Madison County. I can honestly say that have found the niche that I was meant to be in! Everyday that I come in an work for these amazing folks is an affirmation to me, that I am working in the right place.

I cant say enough about Sugar Fork and the wonderful people that work there. It is making a huge difference in my dads life and is giving me peace of mind during the day while I am work. Its nice to know he is enjoying himself and isnt sitting at home sleeping or rummaging thru things at home. Its such a bright and welcoming environment. The food smells wonderful. Keep up the great work and thank you for being so welcoming to my dad. He does nothing but laugh when he talks about his days with you all.
