Very crazy place to work!!! Not enough staff, have worked several times on night shift with myself and 1 other person. Unrealistic expectations from the current DON. Previous DON was wonderful, this one currently likes to play boss and hand off work to everyone else. They currently have 40 something active Covid cases, but not even testing staff!! Residents complain non-stop of how terrible the food is. For dinner on 9/13/23 they had a very thin slice of pizza and a tiny cup of cucumber and onions. What a joke!! Then nothing until breakfast. Get real!! The DON has been extremely rude to some of the residents. One resident that is the Pastor who lives there. There is so much that can be said, but not enough time or space!!
