I really can't recommend her in 100% but in summary she regained and was able to help me from my financial mess to a stable and financial balance. I highly recommend the Reserve. I am so happy with the staff and the experience that my father is having there. He moved in in the middle of the pandemic (Sept 2020) and the experience has been great. He is eating well, having fun exercising and doing group activities and being social. The staff are amazing too - super helpful in getting everything set up. It is a great place for him to be able to remain independent yet supported. Thanks Reserve!!

My mother has been living at the Reserve for two plus years and she loves it. The staff is incredibly caring and we never have to worry that shes not taken care of. Its very well managed and the facility and grounds are well maintained as well as stylish and beautiful. In addition, the food is very good compared to the competition as we visited 6 - 8 locations sampling the dining rooms of all. Although all the residents like to voice concerns about the way the food is budgeted into rent, our family of six siblings living locally can join Mom for meals on her tab and she always has food budget to spare. That is a huge win in my opinion versus other senior living residences where visitors must pay a separate tab! In additon, Mom never has to worry about food expense and any unused dining funds eventually roll back into the facility budget which keeps total expenses lower. You cannot go wrong with moving loved ones to this location! Highly recommended!

The Reserve at Hamilton Trace is doing a fantastic job with handling the COVID-19 issue! They are great at communicating to residents and family members about what they are doing to protect our loved ones, plus, they really care and go the extra mile. Its wonderful and comforting to know that they truly care to do whats best to keep residents happy and safe. Our family truly appreciates all they do for our mother and everyone that lives in the community. Thank you to all staff at The Reserve!

We placed our father in Hamilton Trace about 2 1-2 months ago. His health has improved so much and we are grateful. The staff is caring, loving and kind to him and he loves the food too! Thank you to a great facility and staff that cares for their residents so well!

My Mother moved into The Reserve at Hamilton Trace June of 2017. She has macular degeneration and wasnt able to live on her own. She absolutely loves the staff and has made so many dear friends. She loves the activities, from bible study to watercolor class. The frequent music entertainment is another favorite of hers! It gives me such peace of mind knowing that she is among such kind, caring and compassionate people. I cant say enough about this outstanding facility!!

When my Grandmother moved in here we were very excited. The facilities are top notch. Beautiful rooms, high ceilings, lots of storage. It feels like a home. The common areas are clean, roomy and modern. Coffee, water and cookies are always available. The kitchen is superb. The restaurant is well stocked with a good menu and daily specials. The chef visits each table and makes sure the residents are getting what they want (eggs to order for Grandma). The serving staff is kind and friendly and always makes our table laugh. I could not be happier that Grandma (97) lives right down the road and is very very happy in her new home.

The Reserve at Hamilton Trace is by far the Best place to live...it is The Waldorf Astoria for residence.....you are treated like royalty and the food is outstanding.. the staff is remarkable, white glove service.. Gourmet Chef, activities for all to enjoy.. You must visit The Reserve at Hamilton Trace if you are thinking of downsizing your home or just be in a better community.

My mother moved into The Reserve at Hamilton Trace about two months ago and she and I are very pleased. All of the staff members are super friendly and quickly learn each resident's name. Staff actually keep an eye open to see if people are participating in activities or going to the restaurant for meals - not to be nosy but out of concern that the resident is enjoying his/her self and doing okay. The food is really tasty. There are so many activities to enjoy including exercise classes, visiting musicians, bible study, various card games, crafts, movies, and more. There may seem to be few people around the facility at times but that is because residents are often in the activity rooms, out on group trips, taking a stroll around the grounds, or enjoying a meal, a nap, or some TV watching in their apartments. Many residents are "young" and have their own cars and so are out and about during the day. The residents that I have met are all really nice. I'm there several times a week and the complex is always clean and safe and very inviting. My mother really enjoys sitting on her balcony and is looking forward to some slightly cooler weather to enjoy doing that more often. Before moving in, my mother was concerned that a one-bedroom apartment would be too small but now she says she could have rented a smaller one! My brother-in-law is now considering moving to The Reserve also.

On my recent visit to The Hamilton Trace, Independent living, my mom (97)recently moved. I can't begin to tell you how much she loves it there..it really is Exceptional living.I was extremely impressed with the facility as well as the staff. Everyone welcomed her with open arms. As my nephew Bryan Spellman explained, I couldn't agree more. Thank you for providing the most high-quality white glove living facility for seniors.
