My parents moved into The Reserve (independent living apartment) in May 2024. Best move ever!! ...for them and for us kids. The facility well appointed and the staff is FANTASTIC! They are all very helpful whether activities, facilities, dining room etc. Cannot say enough good. My mom's biggest complaint is "there is so much to do". How wonderful!

My mother has been in independent living at The Reserve at Hamilton Trace for nearly 3 years. The facility is very well maintained and the staff are excellent at working with the residents and families to meet the needs of all. The activities are quite varied and very appropriate for the age of the population. Although many seniors are not anxious to leave their personal homes, The Reserve does well at recognizing those issues and working to welcome new residents and work with families to overcome these difficulties. I highly recommend you visit The Reserve if you are looking for independent living in a senior community. The grounds and rooms are beautiful and the staff are very caring.

I highly recommend the Reserve. I am so happy with the staff and the experience that my father is having there. He moved in in the middle of the pandemic (Sept 2020) and the experience has been great. He is eating well, having fun exercising and doing group activities and being social. The staff are amazing too - super helpful in getting everything set up. It is a great place for him to be able to remain independent yet supported. Thanks Reserve!!

My mother has been living at the Reserve for two plus years and she loves it. The staff is incredibly caring and we never have to worry that she's not taken care of. It's very well managed and the facility and grounds are well maintained as well as stylish and beautiful. In addition, the food is very good compared to the competition as we visited 6 - 8 locations sampling the dining rooms of all. Although all the residents like to voice concerns about the way the food is budgeted into rent, our family of six siblings living locally can join Mom for meals on her tab and she always has food budget to spare. That is a huge win in my opinion versus other senior living residences where visitors must pay a separate tab! In additon, Mom never has to worry about food expense and any unused dining funds eventually roll back into the facility budget which keeps total expenses lower. You cannot go wrong with moving loved ones to this location! Highly recommended!

On my recent visit to The Hamilton Trace, Independent living, my mom (97)recently moved. I can't begin to tell you how much she loves it there..it really is Exceptional living.I was extremely impressed with the facility as well as the staff. Everyone welcomed her with open arms. As my nephew Bryan Spellman explained, I couldn't agree more. Thank you for providing the most high-quality white glove living facility for seniors.

When my Grandmother moved in here we were very excited. The facilities are top notch. Beautiful rooms, high ceilings, lots of storage. It feels like a home. The common areas are clean, roomy and modern. Coffee, water and cookies are always available. The kitchen is superb. The restaurant is well stocked with a good menu and daily specials. The chef visits each table and makes sure the residents are getting what they want (eggs to order for Grandma). The serving staff is kind and friendly and always makes our table laugh. I could not be happier that Grandma (97) lives right down the road and is very very happy in her new home.
