Absolutely love the memory care and staff. My mom has been a resident since November and I can see a change in her already from her last home. I feel completely comfortable leaving her and knowing she is well taken care of. The staff treats each resident as family.

We had a great experience at Residences at Coffee Creek. Not only is it a new and an inviting environment, the team was our partner from the start. I remember how Natalie was so nice and helping us transition my mother to her new place. The community is so welcoming that people with dementia can manage more easily and not be overwhelmed. This really worked for my mom. She was comfortable there from the start, and that had not happened at her previous place. We will be forever grateful to the team at Residences at Coffee Creek. They made all of our lives better and allowed me to worry less.

Residences at Coffee Creek is an outstanding and beautiful place for our dad. He recently moved into his new memory care apartment and the whole process has been an extremely positive experience. I have been consistently informed how well our dad is doing and how much they enjoy having him there. Most importantly, he is happy, healthy, and wonderfully adjusting. I cannot say enough what a blessing it is to know that dad is surrounded by such a caring and wonderful staff!

In late summer of 2019, my husband and I were looking for an assisted living facility for my parents ages 91 and 96 that had a memory care unit, if we ever needed one. I met Natalie and toured the facility with her. There was a full-time nursing staff and the doctor on call was my parents primary care physician. The facility was bright and spacious, in addition to being designed for the use of walkers. My parents moved to Residences at Coffee Creek in October, 2019, to the assisted living side. They enjoyed their spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a huge walk-in closet. They were very excited that the dining room was open from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. daily, and the bistro was open 24, 7. In May, 2020, my parents needed to move to a memory care apartment. With the COVID-19 nursing home mandates, we could not help them move. The staff moved all of their belongings to their new apartment and brought their extra furniture outside for us to pick up safely. When my father needed his pacemaker battery replaced in July, he was taken by Residences to his appointments and surgery in the mini-bus. A CNA went with him to all of his medical appointments. I had peace of mind, when I couldnt be with him. As my parents celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in August, the staff helped provide a cake for them and sent me pictures of the celebration. Anytime my mother needs supplies or just a phone call to be reassured, a staff member calls me immediately. When I want to make an appointment to visit, I have been able to visit that day or the next. The staff has been great to work with; Kaitlynn, director; Sue, head nurse; in addition to all of individuals who have helped my parents. The many shift nurses are always willing to give me an update on any current situation.

I was very fortunate to find a part-time position at RCC as a concierge. The hours fit my schedule and really enjoy my time here. Friendly atmosphere and the food is very good. The facility is beautiful and there are many activities for the residents to do. I enjoy talking with the residents and most importantly, I enjoy assisting them in anyway that I can. Chesterton is lucky to have a place like RCC!

My mother just recently moved into the Residences at Coffee Creek, and although she has a tendency to be extremely particular, she has had only positive things to say about her new home there! I am so thankful to all of the staff there who made her transition into assisted living incredibly easy, even during these difficult times. They were there for us every step of the way, and I am so relieved knowing that my mother is happy, healthy, and being well cared for.

Beautiful Apartments and facility. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they do a lot of activities and events. The food is great, lovely dining area with inside and outdoor seating, even a little bistro area for snacks and drinks. The location couldnt be better, right off the highway and toll road but back by the Watershed so there is a pretty view of the park, walking areas, and nicely manicured grassy areas in front. I have visited many other facilities in the area (Lake and Porter Counties, in Indiana) and can say without a doubt this is the best Assisted Living Facility I have personally had experience with.
