The staff at Wellbrooke is so caring. My family had a wedding while my Dad was in their care and Sydney and Heidi made it their mission to help us get him to the wedding. They arranged for him to ride their bus and stayed with him in case he needed anything so my siblings and I could enjoy the wedding without worrying about his care. I was so upset when the doctors at the hospital said he would need rehab care, but this has been a great experience for my Dad and our family. The relief I've felt while my Dad has been there is something I never thought could happen. Thank you Wellbrooke for making us feel like family!!

I have been a resident at zillions of rehabs. Wellbrooke Of Avon has provided, by far the most compassionate effectual healing experience. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy are stellar! The PT and OT, with their delicate balance of rigor and gentleness have brought me from chronic excruciating pain and immobility to walking 45 ft. with pain managed. The Speech therapist teaches me take-home techniques for remembering and for deductive reasoning. I daily look forward to the wide array of games and tools in her stash. Soo much fun Anyone believe that care facility cuisine is always 'yucky'? I did- before dining here at Wellbrooke. Delicious and ALWAYS the perfect temperature. I have yet to meet a grouch among the entire staff! I am so blessed to have found Wellbrooke Of Avon.

Shantell is great at helping me. The activity staff are great as well! I had lots being involved in activities at this facility. They took good care of me during my rehab stay. The therapy team pushed me to do my best as well.

My dad was admitted to Wellbrooke of Avon for PT/Rehab & was in for about 3 weeks in late July/early August of 2024. Overall, it was a VERY GOOD experience during his entire admission! Especially when considering the bad experiences he had at the two rehab facilities he was at in 2023. Wellbrooke staff members were ALWAYS accessible & appeared to always be genuinely concerned about my dad. For the most part, they addressed our questions & concerns within 15-20 minutes of us voicing them. The one issue (complaint) that I have was that I didn't receive a call when my dad fell one morning. Fortunately, there were a couple of staff members who heard him fall & tended to him immediately. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about it until about an hour after the incident when I went to visit. Even tho my dad was not injured, & even tho someone was (very fortunately) right there when it happened, I explained to the nurse that I should have been called immediately, even before my dad was back settled in his bed. While not being called immediately is a pretty big oversight, that is the only negative that I can think of regarding this facility. There are SO MANY folks that I want to spotlight; unfortunately I don't know all of their names. But, a great big THANK YOU to SYDNEY (Social Services), JENNY (one of his nurses), GRACE (another nurse), ALL of the folks in PT, and ALL of the AIDES who assisted in my dad's care! I also want to say a special thank you to the staff members in the DINING ROOM/FOOD SERVICE area; they were super friendly, polite, professional, & helpful too!! If anyone asks me my recommendation for short-term PT/Rehab on the west side of Indianapolis, Wellbrooke of Avon gets my vote!

I and my family whole-heartedly agree that Wellbrooke of Avon has been a total blessing to my mother. Mom has been in two other facilities and Wellbrooke immediately established itself as the best experience! Every staff member has been outstanding in their areas of expertise and genuinely cares for mom's best quality-of-life. Wellbrooke has gone above and beyond anything I could have hoped for and we look forward to remaining here for as long as mom is with us. Thank you, Wellbrooke!

I helped care for a friend who spent several months at Wellbrooke in the past year. I honestly never had any complaints. The rehab and skilled nursing staff all seemed to care about him and were invested in his progress and well-being. He was always dressed and clean when I saw him. Despite resisting being in a care facility, he never complained about being at Wellbrooke. I never ate there, but the food always looked good and my friend never complained about it.

Wellbrooke is a breath of fresh air from other facilities, the entire staff is a true team! It is very clean, the client has a private room with very spacious bathroom's!!! ! It is a hidden gem. I am very happy my parent is living at Wellbrooke of Avon and receiving amazing care.

My mother in law has lived at Wellbrooke for 3 years and has enjoyed being a resident at this facility. Staff are very caring and attentive to her wants and needs. I would encourage anyone needing to find placement for a family member or friend to check out this facility.

My mother has been in the memory care unit at Wellbrooke of Avon for several years. The last year has been exceptional. The new director has hired more staff, hired a new cleaning staff with an excellent head of housekeeping, more activities people, additional client supervisory staff, a new Director of AL and Legacy,and the Food Services director continues to be top-notch. Mom's care has improved as has the cleanliness of her room and unit. I can only speak for the Legacy unit, but I am pleased with the care my mother is receiving.

Their customer service is second to none! My uncle repeatedly complimented the employees on their caring nature. There were three employees that truly stuck out to us, Robin, Nicole, and Jonnia. I commend them on the wonderful services and care toward my uncle for his recovery. He stated that he loved the service because it was way more helpful than any doctor he's been to. By him being obese he was glad to be treated equally to any other patient. For this reason and his added medical condition, he required a larger chair for his room. So Rochelle, the director of nursing, came up with a plan by using a chair from the common area to accommodate him. Going into the facility he was not able to walk but after a 3 week stay he was able to walk on his own again. So the rehabilitation truly works! The services all together made him feel at home and safe with the workers. The workers also gave me a lot of insight into his well being so I was never in the dark about his current health status. Whenever I called they always had time for my questions. I felt comfortable leaving my uncle in their care!

I had to put this review out, Wellbrooke of Avon was simply amazing they made me feel comfortable leaving my grandmother there not only did they extend love & support my granny was extremely happy & didn't want to leave. I would advise anyone for short or long stay

This is a very good facility in terms of provision of quality care service, very neat surroundings, nice and polite staff. Staff always greet residents with warm regard and nice smiling on their faces. I will continue to refer our residents to their Rehab facility. Would never send a family member back to this facility. The staff all seems friendly, but not always very responsive. Very dirty and smells of strong urine. Never cleaned the room or bathroom the entire time we were there. Evening and early morning staff ignored call button when she needed assistance getting to bathroom. She had trouble with IV and was not properly attended. Was there almost a week before we had her "plan of care" discussion. They never got her medication correct or labs taken on time.

My mother was a recent resident of Wellbrooke of Avon. We cant say enough about the fantastic care she recieved. Nurses and aids on her wing were kind and attended to her every needs. Physical therapy was absolutely the best we have ever recieved in the past. Facility was clean and well maintained. Cathy at the front desk made us fell at home during our entire stay. Highly recommend Wellbrooke for your loved one.

I am staying at Wellbrooke of Avon for rehabilitation services. This facility is: 1. Clean 2. The staff is friendly, helpful, and as nonintrusive as possible. 3. The dining room is well maintained and the food is generally healthful and good. The variety is good. The food could be a bit hotter but otherwise is good. 4. The rehabilitation team is very proactive. 5. The nursing team is very responsive to my needs 6. The CNA staff has been very good. 7. Wellbrooke provides a variety of activities to keep the patients involved. Overall, I am very satisfied with Wellbrooke of Avon and highly recommend them.

My mother has been living at Wellbrooke of Avon for the past four years in their Legacy Memory Care unit. She has received outstanding care the entire time she has lived there. The nurses care for her like their own mother. I have recommended Wellbrooke to several friends who were looking for a facility in the Brownsburg/Avon area for their loved ones.

I work at Wellbrooke of Avon and my mother stayed at this facility for a short respite stay while I was on vacation. She was treated so well while she was here and she has had a good friend of hers stay at this facility as well for rehab. Not knowing who my mother was while she visited, the staff was kind and even offered her a complimentary meal for dinner so she could continue to visit her friend.
