I had a great experience while my father lived at Traditions at Reagan Park. Indi is great in her role as the Executive Director and we were very fortunate to have Fikirte as my dad's nurse. But it was not just these two, we had a great experience with everyone on staff. They kept going out of their way to get dad engaged and active. I am very thankful that we chose this assisted living community!

Clean, safe & secure. Located between 2 excellent hospitals. Less than a mile east from IU West, and a few more miles west (& North) is Hendricks Regional Health. We experienced the Transition from Assisted living to Memory care and it went so smoothly and drama free. Twice Traditions facilitated and partnered with Hospice services for our end of life needs. They accommodate your desire to personalize the living space of your loved ones. This is not rehab. But they will recommend rehab needs, and you will contract with a provider to visit your loved one, reducing the complications/risks of transporting to appointments. They are caring. They establish relationships with their residents and with you/family. For us, it provided a "home" for our parents who were no longer safe living independently in their final years. What a relief it was.

I have seen memory care places in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne and traditions @ Reagan park is by far the best one I’ve seen both the facility and the caregiver really have been great. With my health issues recently I can’t get there for visits very often and thru email and calls the staff still always keep me up to date with my loved one I am trying to set up quick FaceTime visits at least once a week if my loved one can handle it till I can get back to myself. THANK YOU TRADITIONS MEMORY CARE STAFF I would and have referred other people to your facility which said alot

Several years ago, my father moved into the memory care unit at Traditions. A few months later, my stepmother moved to the assisted living and then she eventually was moved to the memory care unit. Throughout these past years, I was onsite frequently. Everyone there - the administrative employees, nurses, kitchen staff - treated my parents with respect, love, and dignity. They were an extended family to my parents and to me. I’m so grateful for all the love and care that they gave to my parents! If you are looking at elderly care facilities, check out Traditions. You won’t be sorry!

Mom, loved her time at Traditions. From the time she went to Traditions, I felt as if a weight had been lifted. Even while she was in rehab, she was visited from Emily. When moving her in, Emily and staff were so helpful! Mom really made herself at home - even helping the Chef to acquire butter! There were always many activities for her to get involved in. She enjoyed spending time with crafts and bingo. Mom enjoyed getting to know other residents as well as staff. All the staff was good to mom. Indy, was especially nice to mom. She always went above and beyond to make sure that mom was cared for. We were so lucky to have several family events in the cafe. It is such a great place to spend some quality time with family and friends. Her only complaint was that there was not enough low sodium/no sodium foods. And of course butter. Mom, felt so safe and cared for at Traditions. I can't thank you all enough for making her last months so happy. Knowing she was cared for by all of you makes her loss a bit easier. we had heard great reviews from the care giver who suggested Traditions, but our experience over the past almost 3 years exceeded our expectations. not only was the facility clean and well organized, but more importantly, the staff was beyond personable, giving constant caring attention to our mom as she declined over the years. their love for her was displayed in so many way that we cannot even count, from the individual nurses (Marie & Fiki & Tony) on the floor, to Regina over-seeing memory care, to Indy & Theresa over-seeing medical care, to CJ & Emily who over-saw the whole operation even to smallest of details!! they all were the BEST we could hope for!! Thanks so much!!

My loved one moved into Varietas Memory Care at Traditions last spring. and we couldn’t be more pleased. The feeling tone created by the loving staff is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The residents’ needs are addressed respectfully and quickly. Engaging activities are planned to be physically and mentally stimulating, and are held throughout the day. The residents seem to do very well within the monitored, structured, relaxing, routine. Rather than a hospital like setting, Vatietas, has a home like feeling, with private bed and bath, two living room areas, a giant fish tank, and a private garden patio. I cannot say enough good things regarding our experience there and our relationships with administration, aides, nursing, activity, house cleaning, and maintenance personnel. Alzheimer’s is a heart wrenchingly long goodbye, and the care needs of loved ones oft too much 24/7, I’m most grateful to the carers at Traditions!

My dear friend spent her final weeks here when she was on hospice. I have been impressed above and beyond with her quality of care. The nurses went above and beyond to keep her comfortable and advocate for her care. Special shout out to Indie who went well above and beyond to advocate for my friends needs in every way. My friend always felt before like people talked down to her but she loved the staff here and was so responsive with them, even when it was hard for her. On her last day, they even brought us tables and extra chairs so we could all eat together in her room and be by her side all day. If I had a loved one who could spend hospice there, I would absolutely be happy and satisfied to use this facility. Thanks to everyone who helped take care of my dear friend as well as helping us and her family through this final journey of life. I'm so blessed to have spent so much time there the past two weeks with my fear friend and her family. Your kindness, compassion, and generosity will never be forgotten.

I am just finishing up 2 months of residency and I couldn't be more pleased. Both the nursing staff and management staff are outstanding. You can't ask for more than that.

I'd like to say how wonderful Traditions was to my mother. She lived there about 1 1/2 years and always enjoyed herself. They have many activities for the residents and encourage them to take part.
