My grandson brought me to Thornburg Pointe after several Avon residents and friends suggested it. The goal being to be closer to my family who are also residents of Avon. It's been several weeks. I have already applied. I picked up one of the cards and am just now submitting my review. Please look be at this delay as confirmation of what I consider "you never get a second chance to make a best first impression", so to speak. I have considerable experience as a realtor, customer service support, and community advocate. I want to share that Tara is a stellar representative for your organization in every area I consider critical as I seek what I consider my forever home, with the exception of living with my daughter. I am too self-sufficient and independent for that. Tara impressed my as an team member who is very proud to be affiliated with Thornburg and the NRP Group. I am particularly impressed with the curb appeal and the pristine condition of interior walks ways. I will continue to follow up on my position on the waiting list. Thank you.

The Community Manager is extremely helpful and pleasant. She has helped me from the first day I moved in. She directed me to programs for a free phone, free wifi, helped me get section 8 that I didn't know I qualified for. I was able to get a new car now and take care of my medical bills. She throws parties and cooks for us from scratch, we do community activities and now I'm in charge of bingo. She makes all of us seniors feel like family and I never want to move

Very nice place to live. it has everything required to make it's residents comfortable. It has complete exercise room, community room, computer room, laundry rooms on every floor and at each wing. Lounging area's with comfortable sofa's and large screen TV's! The entire place are kept very clean, plus the residents are all wonderful & friendly people!

I have tried to get someone to call or email me since 07/12/20 and I cannot get an answer. If they are that incompetent and unfriendly I would not want to live there. I finally received a phone call and applied for waiting list. I you have questions please be patient if you are waiting on a response.

Always enjoy visiting the mother inlaw there. Apartments always seem well maintained. Residents are always friendly & appear to be very content. Very common to see residents setting in the lobby playing cards, watching tv or just visiting.

Beautiful 50+ complex with camera entry so the residence can see who they are buzzing in. All units have an alarm and each floor has a really nice living room with tv. Really nice community room, gym and computer room.

Visited a dear friend at her retirement apartment! The grounds and common areas were just beautiful and well maintained! Nice place with nice people, I'd live here if I needed to move back to Indiana from Florida!
