beautiful facility
March 2022
I placed my mother at cederhurst. They have been very helpful to my mother and I. I would recomend them to anyone!
February 2021
My father has been a resident for 2 years. In the beginning it was rough, a lot of turn over. However, under the leadership of Jaime. nursing direction from Jay, Rich, and Reggie, things have turned around for the better. They were one of the first to recognize Covid for what is was and restrict visitors. Then they instituted weekly testing, way ahead of other facilities. If there is a positive case or employee, they immediately take action. This has resulted in a low number of residents and staff who have become ill with the disease. We.are currently able to have video visits, and Dad appears well taken care of, which in turn has decreased our families anxiety when we are unable to visit. I also appreciate Irma, Mary, Doris and Judy.

This place has been a wonderful home for my mom. The staff is very caring and they go out of their way to keep mom happy and healthy. Hats off to the activity directors Precious A. and Samantha B. for all the wonderful activities they plan for my mom and the other residents.

My mom was the 21st resident at Cedarhurst and has been there over 2 years. She has been very happy there especially sitting in the large, open lobby. The facility is always clean and inviting She also likes sitting in the dining room which has a homey feel. She has also enjoyed the many, varied activities including special parties (July 4th bbq) and the entertainment provided throughout the year. During this COVID pandemic, Cedarhurst staff even provided hallway activities such as hallway ice cream socials and hallway happy hour. She enjoys the interactions she has with the staff. Mom is happy at Cedarhurst.

My Father is a current resident of Cedarhurst. The building is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly, kind, and focused on giving the residents the best possible care. I am grateful for their communication with us and care they give to our Dad.

My father has been a resident of Cedarhurst for nearly 2 years. The facility is new and we were very pleased with his room choice.Cedarhurst was ahead of many assisted living facilities by locking down due to Covid 19 immediately and obtaining testing capabilities before the majority of facilities. The safety of the residents has been their primary concern. We are happy that my 93 year old father is safe.I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and responsive. I am very happy with Jamie Pugh, the Senior Executive Director. She has been very responsive to our questions and concerns and she responds personally to emails. She has instituted a monthly zoom resident council gtocommunicate with the families of the residents and to discuss questions and concerns. She was very upfront about the high turnover rate the prior year which has now been brought down to below industry average.these are very difficult times for everyone and Cedarhurst is balancing the states legal requirements with family requests.

Placed my mom in Memory Care at Cedarhurst of Naperville in December of 2018. My mom has transitioned well. We are so grateful to the staff for the time they put in taking care of our mother. Communication has improved under the Regional Director, Chris Neff. The Entertainment Director Precious Akpan works very hard keeping them active and their minds busy. I would also like to thank Nikki for her help and care with my mom. Nikki is also informative and helpful in letting us know how Mom is doing, if she needs anything or supplies. We love the Care Merge app they use to keep my sister and me up to date on moms daily activities. The staff appears to be happy. Always polite, cordial and informative. The facility is so nice. My moms room is always neat and clean, her laundry is kept up, she showers on a regular schedule. These are always the things we look for when visiting. My mom seems to be adjusting so well. It makes all of this easier for us. I would recommend visiting Cedarhurst and talking with them if Assisted Living andor Memory is an option.

We moved my dad from a facility is St Louis to the memory care at Cedarhurst of Naperville. Since moving to the community we have seen a dramatic increase in his health and happiness. He has dementia and the staff at Cedarhurst has been very helpful and caring! Anytime I have a question I always get an answer very quickly! He is always involved in activities, he may not know what is going on but they always include him! I live in Yorkville and will be moving him to the new Cedarhurst facility by me. I hope the staff there will be just as attentive. I can not say enough good things about the excellent care the Cedarhurst care givers have provided!! They truly care about my dad!! They have made a very difficult situation easier. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one!!!

Our mom has been in Naperville since December. We have been so thankful for the memory Care unit. All of the staff has been so helpful. They keep Mom involved in daily activities which is so helpful for her mind. Precious Akpan is very involved as the Activities Director, Rita has been so helpful. Nikki has been so helpful and lets us know Moms behavior and interaction with the other residents. As hard on my sisters and I as this has been the entire Naperville staff has given us a sense of well being knowing our mom is safe, fed and cared for. If you are interested in Assisted LivingMemory Care Cedarhurst of Naperville is certainly worth checking out and considering.

The team at Cedarhurst has been wonderful to my uncle. We have seen great care every time we visit. Staff are warm and caring. The Director has made time to answer our questions when we call for updates and when we are in town for visits, called us daily with updates when he was sick during the holidays. We were thrilled to receive a call Christmas day so he could tell us Merry Christmas. We are so glad we chose Cedarhurst to care for him.
