My dad lived at Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook from July 2018-May 2022. The staff was always friendly & helpful, & they always took good care of my dad. Upon visiting heritage for the first time, we immediately felt welcomed into the community & family that makes up the staff & residents there. My dad made some awesome memories & I'm truly grateful for the care that he received.

Great place.but the food is so bad!!!! I have to buy my owe food! I don't eat . the kids that cook can't cook or read ! Its not place to go to eat or live.

My Aunt works here and the staff are amazing! And the events are the best and fun for the elderly and their families!

My mom has lived here for one year. She enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk out her door...to meet new friends or socialize with the staff. I am so grateful...at this time... she is safe well fed checked on daily and appreciates the personal care the staff offers...always Thank you HW!

Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook has been a true blessing for my auntie. The Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook staff is wonderful, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I truly appreciate each and everyone of them. Shout out to Marilyn, Lori, Marsha, Dot and Michelle. The residents seem truly happy, enjoy the activities and are proud of their H~Woods community. Dad found HW and moved in three years ago. He loved the staff, the other people, and the food. Special thanks to Lori, Tav, Sherelle, Christina, Dot and all the nurses, CNAs, dining room workers, and cleaning people. All work hard, and do not get paid enough. Thank you!

My mom is very happy at HW, she is not an easy person to please. It took her some time to get used to it and she still misses her old condo but once she was able to move into a 1 bedroom apartment she was pleased. The staff is attentive to her needs and very caring.

My grandmother, Dolores, had a wonderful time here. SHe played Bingo, Wii bowling, met a boyfriend, met many wonderful friends, had parties and entertainment and all holidays were a big deal here. Heritage Woods took excellent care of her while still making her feel independent. I felt relieved knowing someone was always there for her when I ccouldn't be. The apartments were lovely too! Good food. Nice staff, very clean. My only regret is that she didn't have more time there.
