The team at Encore in Bolingbrook has been great. With the difficult transition and stress of having a love one require the care that Encore provides, the entire process of finding my Mom a great place to live has been much easier than expected. She's doing great and enjoys the staff and other residents.

We had an emergency situation where we had to move my grandmother from the hospital. The team at Encore work with my family to make sure my grandmother was comfortable especially with us living in another state. I would highly recommend Encore Memory Care to any and everyone that has a loved one living with memory issues.

We moved my mom to Encore after several months at a different memory care facility. The former place was understaffed and the CNAs were somewhat impatient with Mom. Mom, in turn, would become feisty and difficult, even sometimes violent, with the staff. Encore was a wonderful, welcome change! Right from the start, from the way they welcomed Mom and got her settled to the attention she received and the calm, patient, loving staff, everything was just what Mom needed. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. Mom could still be feisty, but she was calmer and no longer aggressive or violent. They took excellent care of her. Sadly, Mom passed away just a few months later. It's been over a year, but I still think of Encore of Bolingbrook fondly.

Our family has been so pleased with the care and service that our mother has been receiving from the cleanliness of the building. The level of care provided is exceptional. The staff is highly dedicated to their work and excel at it. In my view, the nurses and caregivers are top-notch. Residents are kept engaged and active throughout the day. Whenever I visit my mother, it feels like a big family gathering, which I value greatly. For your loved one, I highly recommend this place.

Great to know our families appreciate the extra effort and care we have for there loved ones! A recent email I received from a family member......Thank you so much for the update today. It mean the world to our family that you visited the hospital (mom was in the hospital for a short time) and also that you called to update us. Your concern is above and beyond what we could hope for. We were so impressed with the welcome back she received and the help from everyone.
