The care and warmth that the management & staff of this wonderful community gives to my Mother is amazing. They are kind, responsive, and communicative. The dining program is wonderful. The facility is warm and friendly. This is a place where they not only have a rescue dog named Luna, but the staff all know residents by name. I really can't say it enough - our family is so grateful to have found this wonderful place!

Come visit, you’ll want to stay. My mom acclamated quickly and the staff worked with me to bring about the nicest happiest experience for my mother. They never stop trying to do the best they can for your loved one. I love that they have a beautiful lam named Luna to interact tenderly with the residents too.

We cannot say enough good things about BG! Our parents have been there for 3 years and we all have had nothing but love and support from every team member. We are grateful we found BG -- and would recommend it very highly and without hesitation. We cannot image a better place for our loved ones. You won't find a place like this one. I cannot recommend Brighton Gardens enough. They allowed my grandfather to live his last year of life with dignity and unmatched care. He was loved, doted on, and every time I went to visit he was content and clearly well cared-for. His room was neat, clean, and he always had what he needed. The facility is beauitful, bright, and felt like a home- never a hospital. They keep their residents busy with activities daily and they make sure to get to know them and their interests upon moving in. Grandpa was a big Cubs fan and they made sure to put the games on for him during the season. End of life care is an almost impossible decision to make, and I cannot thank you folks enough for what you did for my grandfather and to ease our minds when we couldn't be there. Even during a pandemic, you made it work and never once had us feel like a burden for checking in on him. It is SO hard to find folks in human services that have genuine passion and dedication but yours has been as clear as glass since day one. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

My mother was in pretty serious condition after her stroke, couldnt walk very well or move much without assistance. Brighton Gardens was kind enough to take her into this warm, homey, kind, and positive environment, so much nicer than a nursing home. I can honestly say that my mom spent her final days in the best care by the kindest people who always made us feel at home while we visited. Brighton Gardens St. Charles is a wonderful place! 5 stars for sure!

Since my friend has moved to Brighton Gardens, I have seen great improvement in her spirits and health. Many activities for the residents (if they chose to participate) both inside and outside of the facility. Clean and professional. Staff very respectful. Food/meals are of high quality and healthy. I am happy that she is happy : )

Brighton Gardens of St. Charles is clean, bright, and the staff is good and helpful. It's also reasonable. The only thing that was wrong with it was it didn't have an RN on duty to give insulin. The people knew each other and they were friendly. They all seemed quite happy. The rooms are pretty nice. I was very impressed with it. It's well-organized and it's more of a community.

The staff at Bickford of St. Charles has been great and I'm really happy with the care, but there seems to be a lot hidden costs that were not fully explained. My mother's room is clean and decent-sized. They have weekly outings and different types of exercise that are geared toward the needs of the memory care residents. There are just glitches in the communication from the front of office to the memory care about the costs.

Brighton Gardens was a very nice place. The staff seemed very accommodating. We ate a meal that was quite good. The distance and the higher pricer were why we decided not to go with it. It was a very nice community with a nice staff and location.

Brighton Gardens was nice; I didnt see the residents, but I saw one room, and it was rather small and dark. The staff was OK; she was good and fine. It was very crowded looking, theyre lined up to grab a table, its very scheduled, and it doesnt seem relaxing.

I liked Brighton Gardens of St. Charles a lot. They took their residents on outings. It was one of the closer ones. It was set-up more like a hotel because I think thats what it was originally.

Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was great, and I loved the fact that my mom could stay with my dad. They had everything that we needed. The apartment was clean, fresh, nice, very spacious, and had good lighting. The staff was very good and personally engaged with the residents. They had exercises and therapy sessions. The dining area was clean and the menu was good. They said they could make anything that the resident wanted.

Brighton Gardens was very nice, it was not as open and as lavish as the other facility, but they had a lot of interaction. They had several young girls that were visiting with the people, playing cards and games, and they had a dog that live there. The rooms were plainer but they were very nice. The staff was great, very friendly, and they seem to interact better with the people. It was just a happy place.

Brighton Gardens of St. Charles was a very friendly, very clean, and attractive place. It was just too far away from me, and I'm my sister-in-law's main caregiver. Again, it was a very nice place, very clean, and friendly staff. The residents all seemed like they were in a decent mood, and I didnt notice any unhappiness among them.
