We have been working with multiple Sunrise Senior Living locations for many years and always find it a pleasure. There has consistently been great communication from all of the office staff with organizing the dates and times to arrive. We have always found the staff friendly and very helpful in showing us the rooms and arranging the paint to be ready for us upon arrival. Payments are very prompt, and always paid in full, which we greatly appreciate. We would highly recommend any vendor that is considering working at a Sunrise Senior Living location to take the time to fill out their application carefully, and then look forward to a great working experience for many years!

I went on a tour here and it really seems like a great community. The residents were out and about and the staff was nice and helpful! Happy residents, friendly staff. Highly Recommend!

I do homecare outside of this place.The staph is amazing to the residents. They do everything they can to make everyone and their visitors happy and comfortable. They all greet by name, they are always watching and assist when they need help, they talk to them so respectfully and sympathize with their needs. There is always something to do, and have the best entertainers. It is very clean and organized also. I visit alot of places but this one is the best by far.

I had my Aunt and my Mother in Law stay at Sunrise of Palos Park and both experiences have been everything I could have hoped for in an assisted living community. The staff are wonderful, caring people who I felt truly loved what they were doing. I felt so reassured that both my loved ones were being taken care of. I owe everything to Sunrise and I can speak for the rest of my family that we were very happy with the choice we made...I 100% recommend this community to families!

During the last several months of my Grandmothers life, she lived at Sunrise. She had her own bedroom but shared a common living room space and bathroom with another roomate. Sunrise has an impressive amount of activites as options for the individuals who live there, spacious dining area, more than one floor, areas to reat, read, etc. its quite lovely looking inside and out. The staff is well trained and the traveling nurse, PT, SLP, OT that my Grandma worked with were all top notch.

My father lived at this community for 3 years in their Assisted Living and Reminiscence. In his time there, I have never felt that my father was not cared for. The staff go above and beyond to make all of us feel comfortable and at home. The caring staff helped us when my father transitioned into their Reminiscence neighborhood, which provided him the security he needed. When I would visit my father, he was always dressed in his best and most of all- clean! Most the times I would visit he would be participating in an activity that was going on or playing with their house dog, Ranger. There was never one time that second-guessed my family's decision to call Sunrise his new home.

I've been around this location for years now. I've had family members stay there, and I've never heard of a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable and provide a comfortable living environment for the residents. I would recommend to anyone looking for a top notch assisted living community for their loved one.
