My sister is in your facility at this time. She loves all of the people working there. The food is delicious, but has only one do complaint. The food arrives cold. She was told that the procedure to deliver the meals was changed during Covid. That was almost 6 years ago. I think it's time to get your residents hot meals. Thank you!

My husband has been in Warren Barr and we are so very pleased with his care. The personnel can't be nicer. From the receptionists to the doctors! Each cna and nurse has been extremely compassionate, professional and patient! No matter what shift we can only say great things about each employee! The nurse managers and social workers have been so knowledgeable and accommodating. We came here because the physical therapy department was highly recommended which is why we chose Warren Barr. It has been so wonderful we can't recommend them highly enough. I would especially like to thank Javin, Mo, Alicia our social worker, Martina, Kierra, Dante, Lamia who has truly done miracles with his pt! Betty the receptionist greets everyone with happiness! I will miss each and everyone who has touched our lives at a very difficult time with such compassion no words for our gratitude!!

I've been here five months and my stay has been beautiful. The staff here is kind and come to your side when you need help. From therapy to nursing to housekeeping, they are all great. The food is an acquired taste. Shoutout to Carmen, Chrissy, Jonnita, and Antoine. Also shoutout to Angie, the best CNA out there. All the staff here makes me feel right at home and only wants to see me get better and stronger.

I stayed at this facility for 2 plus weeks and had an extraordinary experience. You hear so many negative things regarding rehabilitation centers, but I would not hesitate to return to this facility if such a service was required. I would like to give a mention to the following individuals who provided exemplar professional service: Martina-RN, Jeanette-Social Worker, Syreeta-RN, Dianne, LaShunda-CNA, Danta-CNA, Nisreen-OTR, Quinnisna-RN, Brianna-RN and Cynthia-RN. Order of names is no reference to level of service provided. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my experience enjoyable. Continue the good work and I wish you the best in your careers.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the professionalism, love, care, cleanliness, and family atmosphere that Orland Park Warren Barr staff provided to my sister Marie. They all went above and beyond to help my sister in numerous ways. I first want to start with Ms. Kay, from Guest Services. She is a fun loving and astute young lady. She lended a helping hand in multiple ways. She spoke to medical staff on our behalf, she made sure all of the supplies that my sister needed were fully stocked, came to offer moral support all the time. Next, there was Mrs. Jeannette, Social Worker. She was on top of everything. She ordered the supplies that my sister needed, she kept me abreast of everything that was taking place with my sister, step by step play. Mrs. Jeannette made sure that the transition from the rehab facility to home was smooth, with no hiccups. Both Mrs. Jeannette and Ms. Kay treated my sister and I like family. They were so happy to see me when I came to visit my sister. I enjoyed both of their lovely spirits. Next, there was Lafayette, Director, who came to see about my sister when there was a misunderstanding. He responded swiftly and everything was immediately rectified. Carmen and Angie combed my sister's hair when I wasn't able to get out there to do it myself. They were a lot of fun as well. Kendall helped with admissions, Melinda, Jamia, Felecia, Lamont, Bre, Sandra, Regina, Tanisha Imonia, and Caroline were all superb in customer service and taking care of my sister. Therapy team was helpful as well. Thank you all who took care of Marie. Blessings to you all Warren Barr Staff of Orland Park.

I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. I had a loved one stay there for rehab. The care was exceptional! The Administrator is knowledgeable and makes her presence known daily. Warren Barr wouldn't be the same without Brianna (LPN) she is the most kind hearted nurse my grandmother had during her stay here. 115. Brianna takes the time to talk with her build a relationship so she feels comfortable with Brianna and she always puts a smile on her face just entering the room. We are so great full for you! Brittany Smith (CNA) & Devonna (CNA) are one of few very very hard working CNAs here. Always making sure to pop in our room and check in on my grandmother. Every time I see these ladies they are always working hard. No matter what day or time it is they always have a smile and are willing to help. They all deserve recognition and have my outmost respect. Thank you so much!

I am having the best experience at Warren Barr Orland Park. From the administrator to housekeeping, the staff is great! Everyone that I have encountered has given top notch professional, respectful, kind and friendly care. The therapy staff is patient and full of encouragement. It is very clean to boot! As a person who lived in a nursing home for almost 3 year and had the worst experience ever, trust me with this review. A special shout out to nurse Bianca, CNA "T", and therapists Kelly and Vanessa. I would definitely feel comfortable sending a loved one here for care. Thank you Warren Barr, for your great care! It is definitely key in my healing journey .

my aunt was here she did not feel welcomed the first night for her stay due to it being over the weekend she came across a couple good aids/nurses but she would not stop talking about a specific nurse Brianna/red head this young lady was amazing my aunt told her about her awful weekend and she said this nurse stayed in her room and stood and just listen to her rant on and on. This nurse was so sick herself and she still was at work taking great care and doing it with a smile on her face so much positivity came from this nurse I would like to say we need more nurses like her someone that actually care about the job they are doing, my aunt will not miss this place at all, but nurse Brianna will be one of the reasons she do. wish I would have met this young lady hopefully she will see our review.!!

During my 2.5 month stay here, there was one nurse who always went above and beyond each and every time she worked...Miss Bree. I was in room 114, and was so thankful each night she worked. Being in a rehab facility is tough...I'm only 42 but have been through so much the past 4 months. Having Bree for my nurse I knew it would always be a good evening. She is always in a happy mood, even when she doesn't feel well herself. I can't express enough how AMAZING she is. I wish I had gotten the opportunity to say bye to her when I got discharged home. Thank you for everything Bree!!

My mom stayed here for 3 months and my father and I couldn't have been happier. The staff were friendly and caring. My mom did really well here and I would highly recommend this rehab!

I only been here for less then a year and the people I work with I love.. especially the cnas.. they love the patients and work hard compared to most places..I will intend anyone to come and apply because like most jobs it's comes with pros and cons.. but mostly it's hard to find staff who care.. my unit is demanding but I love it and that's an honest review

I'll start with this statement: No place is perfect. Warren Barr was my mother's second rehab stay; and it was better than the first rehab she stayed at. The first thing that grabbed my heart with Warren Barr, was the people who stopped by her room daily to make sure that everything was going well. They were wanting to know if everything was good, and if there were any issues. If there was an issue, they tended to it right away. Something else that I thought was delightful, was the lady (I believe she was a dietitian) who came to mama's room to find out what she liked to eat. WOW! I met some wonderful people there (doctors, nurses, physical therapists, aids, receptionists, a cleaning lady with a beautiful singing voice, the kind maintenance guy, and the nice people who did not work directly with my mother, but always greeted me with a "hello" and a smile). They made mama's stay worth it and my daily visit bearable. I am my mother's caretaker, and that can be a stressful responsibility. The helpful people at Warren Barr gave me peace. I said all of that to let you know that I would recommend Warren Barr in Orland Park, to those who need their services...in a heartbeat. Thank you Warren Barr and all of the Amazing people who make it as good as it is. I appreciate you.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience yesterday with visiting a family member at this facility. I addressed the situation in hopes to never hear that a patient is being disrespected, hurt or mistreated during their time at this facility. Yesterday, I had to informed the nurses, which in one particular was laughing. If there are policies put in place for the care of the elderly there is no reason for such behavior. ALSO, the nurse name Ms. LISA SHAW, needs more training on her conduct toward her patients. Even if there are situations and circumstances. Please treat people with dignity and respect at all times.

Warren Barr was a breathe of fresh air. I have experienced care in this building under another name. That care was more than awful. However, under this new name and management, the staff was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The facilities were clean and updated. The physical therapy staff helped my sister walk again. Initially, my sister was unable to get up to go to the washroom. I requested a urine collection system prior to arrival and the system was immediately available for use when we got there. The management called me on 4 occasions - to inform me of arrival, to set up a planning meeting, to let me know how she would be transported to doctor/ surgeon appointments and when she had a room change. In past, in other long term care facilities, none of the above was done. If ever needed in the future, I would choose Warren Barr without hesitation

I was recently at Warren Barr and I had a wonderful CNA working with me on the overnight shift. She is so good that I feel she should be teaching all the other cnas to be as compassionate and helpful as is. The CNA was Charice and she truly made my stay at Warren Barr. I am so thankful for her.
