My father has early stage dementia, and I know eventually we have to find him a new home. Arden is a wonderful place for memory care patients. The atmosphere is very homelike. The staff are absolutely terrific; compassionate and well trained. The director, Carolyn, and the head nurse Michelle went over and above their required duties. They kept me very well informed about my sister. Although my sister wasn't there long, they both came to her wake after she passed. Meghan, the hospice nurse , also was wonderful to all of us. I have nothing negative to say about Arden and highly recommend it.

The staff was very professional and cared for the clients as well as their families. They treated our mother as if she were their grandmother. Meals were healthy and tasty. Meal times were adjusted to meet the clients' needs. Clients were provided with craft activities and live music. Activities were adjusted to fit the needs of the client. The inclusion of pets made Arden Courts feel like a home, not an institution. Those receiving care would light up whenever Tigger, the dog, was near. Our mother was happy there. We would recommend Arden Courts to family and friends.

Just came from lovely afternoon at Arden Courts and it was delightful. The residents and their families were having a blast listening to the great live music that was provided. The food and decorations were absolutely fitting with the theme of Winter Wonderland. Carolyn the Director greeted us with a warm hug and the staff was very festive and glad tp see us. Elizabeth Yeager was the Director of Activities made sure every corner was filled with fun. The punch and food including the hot chocolate bar was festive and fun. Elizabeth made sure everybody kept with the theme . All in all it was a wonderful afternoon of fun food and love. I can not say enough great things about the facility, staff, and management. My Dad has been at Arden Courts for several months now. This is truly a diamond in the rough. I have heard and seen some nightmare facilities, this is completely opposite. The staff is caring, kind, and accommodating. They have daily activities and/or entertainment. Thier activity directors are patient and spend time with the residents. The facility has been recently renovated. They have a nice walking and seating areas outside (need a little TLC). Most recently they put on Mother's day, Father's day, and a Luau parties. Reach out to me if you have any questions or want an honest opinion.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arden Courts. They took wonderful care of my mother, and treated her like their own. Everyone in the building knew her and loved her, looked out for her and made sure she was well taken care of. Every-time we went to visit she was well dressed, her room was nice and clean. The love and support they provided for our family was unending. Alzheimer's is a horrible disease, and the best answer I could say for my mom was she is in the best place for her disease. They preserved her dignity, they have fun activities to keep patients busy, and they provide a welcoming environment for all visitors.

We love this place! The people have such a positive attitude and genuinely care about the residents. They are very friendly and approachable. They do whatever needs to get done with a smile. They treat our mom for the unique person she is right now --without judgment or negativity. They do not overreact, they respond to the usual kinds of problems that can emerge with this population with calmness and a desire to understand the needs and problem-solve in the best way possible. The employees seem to be a bonded team that works together well and genuinely like each other. The directors-managers are hands-on --involved, have that same positive attitude and support the residents and their staff. The environment itself, feels like home to our mom. After first arriving she said to us Isnt this apartment just perfect! They allow her to adjust at her pace, but also encourage her to be involved in activities she would enjoy.
