My mother has been a resident at Mercy Creek for 4 years. I like that she has people around her to talk to, to play cards/games with, and other activities such as the flower arranging work shop. It is her home, and I feel she is in a safe environment.

Our mother was here for the last 3 years of her life and we couldnt be more pleased with the care. Yes, there were some rocky times at the beginning but they continued to improve both staff and care. The food was very good and the nursing staff and CNAs very helpful and caring. If you have a loved one that needs these services youd be hard pressed to do better than Mercy Creek!~

My Mom has been living at the Village at Mercy Creek for several years now. Since her arrival, she has always told me how much she loves her apartment, her independence, the positive attitude of the staff, and, of course, the food! She enjoys the activities and interacting with the other residents, especially when playing card games.My interactions with all staff have been prompt and positive. The focus on resident safety is evidenced by the increase in nursing staff, supported by quality assistance from the CNAs.t appears that maintenance, transportation, housekeeping, and food services staff take great pride in their work. The grounds are impeccable and the facility is always neat, clean, and smells fresh.When I leave from a visit, I know that my Mom is safe and surrounded by a caring family.

My Dad has been blessed to call the Village at Mercy Creek his home since October of 2017. After Mom passed away, he needed the care and companionship of Assisted Living. The whole staff at Mercy Creek are kind, patient, caring - and the administration keeps the operations well run and in sync with the residents needs. Highly recommended!

My grandma lives here and speaks very highly of it. She enjoys the daily activities as well as the people that work there. My grandma is one of the last people you would expect at a place like this, not because she doesnt need to be, but because of how independent she is. From what i get from her, she is still allowed all the independence she wants, along with all the interaction she desires. She enjoys the food, and often compliments the variety at each meal.

Mercy Creek is a great place, that provides care for residents in need of Assisted Living. The staff is very friendly and residents are extremely happy with their culinary experience as well as all the great customer service provided.

When my family and I attended the Open House event in October 2016, I immediately inquired of the residency age qualifications...The building is beautiful and spacious and clean. The food is wonderful. The residents all look so happy to be a part of this community. Meadows at Mercy Creek is a lovely assisted living community.

Trying to find the right place for your loved one is no easy task, especially when they are moving from home to an assisted facility. The moment we walked into Mercy Creek, we felt like we were at home. Our grandmother loved the family atmosphere, delicious dining and most of all the caring staff. We feel like she could not have gotten any better care anywhere else.
