I went to Bickford last summer. I agrreed to move in & paid about $2800 to cover a little over first month . Then I got official contract on computer & Bickford tried to charge me $2500 fee 10 times ($25,000) instead of 1 time . I came in & canceled the deal & did not move in . I was supposed to get my money back long time ago & have not got it back yet, so I will have to sue. The manager sent me an email few months ago that I would get money back , but I have not got it back yet. She is crooked liar.

I went to Bickford of Bloomington since they offered a discount. I paid $2870 to get started for first month or so. Then I got contract on email & they tried to charge me $25,000 fee instead of the $2500 I was supposed to pay. I also found some flaws , so I canceled the deal & never moved in I was supposed to get my money back , but it has been 3 months and they have not sent my money back yet. I complained but they ignored me. I will probably have to sue them to get my money back. They are dishonest & sleezy .

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to be cared for. Facility staff are very hospitable to the residents and guests. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, which made this process so much less stressful. We were greeted immediately with warmth, compassion and kindness. I was so impressed with the facility! It’s spacious, clean & welcoming. There were plenty of activities and amenities available to the residents and the staff truly make a difference in their residents quality of life. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful facility. Wish I could leave more stars. Be rest assured if you have a loved one in this facility, they’re in great hands!

Bickford of Bloomington is really top notch for care of their residents from top to bottom. The staff is friendly and very caring for all residents. The building improvements being made by them really shows the passion. Maintenance worker Casey Jackson has showed the dedication he has for making Bickford inviting and comfortable for the residents and staff. I have seen the wonderful events the staff puts on for their residents. I know from experience when taking care of elderly they need something to look forward to. This place does an amazing job. Shout out to their coordinator Quonny for all the love and care she puts in to her job. You can tell she treats them as if they were her own family.

Loved the way I was welcomed to the community when I arrived. The staff were friendly and approached me and introduced themselves. There was a exercise program going on with several residents. I noticed a whole month of activities were listed on a calendar. Looks like they stay very active!

I have worked alongside Bickford of Bloomington for almost a year. This branch is by far the best branch I have ever worked. All staff truly care about their residents and provide the best care. I have never seen staff that treat their residents like family, but here they do. If you are looking for a great place for your loved one to live, I recommend Bickford of Bloomington!!!!!!
