I'm a new resident at Cedars of Lebanon Apartments, I move in a month ago. I move from Arizona, my experience with the manager here was very stress free, she stayed in touch, was sure I had everything in place before I arrived. Laurie Hasty is the property manager, she is a great to work with. The staff here is very accommodating, to your every need, Laurie stays on top of issues, she yrues best to make the experience for residents a worry free living environment. I am very glad, I chose this community, actual my son did the research, he liked the community, the staff is top notch!

They are nice clean apartments and building, the management is excellent and very friendly and helpful. All staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful and manager goes above and beyond for all 🫶🏻

My mother has just moved in and it’s been such a quick and graceful process. Laurie has been amazing. She has been so helpful with my Mom and made sure she was put in an apartment she felt comfortable in. She’s even helped my locate furniture for her new place. I’ve never worked with a property manager so kind and down to earth. She seems to really care about the residents that live there. My has not had a place to call her own for 5 years so this has been such a heartwarming process. It’s beautiful place and the apartments are really kept up. So grateful for Laurie and all her help. I can finally be at peace knowing my Mom is safe and is in good hands

Imma start by saying there is always room for improvement but since I have started working here back in December I can say the new management and maintenance are doing there very best to open rooms up for new comers for independent living I have noticed that some residents are very sweet and are the for the wrong reason other are rude and disrespectful to the staff for no reason I have had time to sit down with management and she is treated very poorly for what she is trying to do for turning this place around for the better. Yes the pictures are nicer because they are dated there are smoking areas around the building, the grounds that this place is on has more than enough room for everyone. There are people here that can’t be left alone, that can’t take care of themselves , or that have a wheelchair that doesn’t need one I promise you management is turning this place around for the better good, if you are able to live alone and take care of yourself go ahead and call them I promise they don’t disappoint.

I love the Cedars of Lebanon in Lebanon, Illinois. It is so much nicer than the last place that I stayed in Belleville, Illinois for 22 years. It is so much cleaner and so much safer and more brighter than the other place I was in Belleville Illinois. The management is very very nice and very supportive of me and they love me and they have my back too. I don't care what other people think or say about this place. It's not that bad. I consider it a mansion compared to the other place that I lived at for 22 years. I have lived at the Cedars of Lebanon in Lebanon, Illinois for 3 years and I am not happy here anymore. I have someone to blame for this. It is a woman who is also very TOXIC and she was very toxic to me throughout our friendship. I can't call her my friend anymore because she is very toxic and she doesn't care about me anymore.

This place is awesome, the management is awesome. They take care of the elderly needs that have working children and the community is very involved, all positivity. Management is nice and sweet.
