You claim to be Independent Living but online it says Assisted Living. So which one are you? Our dad is having memory issues and I've asked countless times to remind him to change his clothes and have talked to the head nurse about him having a reminder to change his clothes and still you have not enforced it with him. I don't know what else to do.

What an amazing place! I refer Cambridge House to many of my clients who cannot stay at home by themselves, but do not need skilled care in a nursing home. It is a wonderful bridge for them to keep their independence, but still have staff watching out for them. I love seeing all the activities they do with their residents and even though this has been a hard year due to Covid, Cambridge has found ways to keep the residents busy and still quarantined when needed or State mandated. Thank you to all the workers at Cambridge for all you do for this community, and for our loved ones who live there

My mom has lived at Cambridge House of Ofallon since 2014. The staff has gone above and beyond to keep residents active, healthy and well cared for. This last year was especially challenging trying to keep the residents active and keep them from feeling totally cut off from everything while maintaining health guidelines but Scott and his staff managed to do it. I would recommend Cambridge House of Ofallon to anyone who is looking for a safe, caring, fun place for their loved one to reside.

Worked for this company for almost twelve years in dietary and nursing was sad to leave I worked with a great group of girls who really care about the residents and go above and beyond for them you can always count on the girls to provide great care I miss the residents and my coworkers stay safe love all of you

I enjoy working at Cambridge House. I love my coworkers and I appreciate them very much. When one of us needs help we all work together and take care of the situation! The residents are pretty cool and I enjoy talking with them and learning things about them. I would recommend Cambridge House of OFallon to anyone who needs some assistance with their daily lives.

I went on a tour of Cambridge House in Ofallon, IL. The place is amazing and all the needs and then more are taken care of for our loved ones. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Jasmine, Michelle, and Kelly worked with me to address all my moms needs and concerns. I would definitely recommend this community living to everyone. This place is special.

Such a fun place. Brought my son to play the residents in bowling Wii Style. The residents were a fun group to be with and I was very impressed with the facility.

Cambridge House is a great place to live. We have lots of activities, live entertainment at least once a month. The staff here is great. I have been here almost a year and love all the people.

Michelle Davis, the business and office manager has been amazing. Her patience, expertise and perseverance has resulted in getting approval letters from the state after having laid to rest, 7 months ago, my mother-in-law. Cambridge employees have all been fantastic to our family and provide an inviting, comfortable and well cared for facility for those in need of care outside their home. We have nothing negative to say. I would highly recommend Cambridge House of O'Fallon to anyone thinking of moving to an extended care facility. God bless them for the comfort they provide not only to the residents but also the entire family.

My mom has been a resident here for almost 7 years. The staff is excellant in every way. From looking after those with special needs to interaction with residents on a persanal level. Many activities nearly every day! In my 89 year old mother's words, "I never imagined that I could be so comfortable in my old age."

My mother-in-law went to live at Cambridge House in February of 2017 before passing away in January of 2018. We found the staff to be very attentive and caring, patient and kind. Every inquiry was answered immediately and the office staff was very informative and helpful when it came to getting paperwork completed. The food was always good and the facility always clean. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. I highly recommend this place as a home for your loved one who is unable to live completely on his/her own. Residents were always friendly and made positive comments about my mother-in-law. This is not a nursing home feel. It felt like "Mom's apartment".

I have a personal friend that had to leave her home. She has a lot of anxiety issues. When she got to Cambridge House she absolutely came alive. She knew a lot of the people that live there which made it feel like hometo her immediately. I visit frequently and have not had a negative experience with staff. Theres activities going on all the time, people are coming and going. It just feels like a safe home environment and Im so glad that my friend is thriving again.With much thanks,Kim

The staff at Cambridge House of OFallon is always nice and helpful. We have a loved one that has lived there for years and loves it. One of the favorite things that we like to do is play cards. My Grandma loves that they have several libraries located on each floor. Thanks to the staff for taking such great care of my Grandma and making her happy.

I have a loved one that was in and out of the hospital several times in one year. Once she moved into Cambridge House of OFallon her health became so much better. We found that she was takingh her medications incorrectly and making her sick. The nursing staff at Cambridge House of OFallon makes sure that she takes her medication on time. Thank you so much for making my loved one healthier and happier!
