I recently had the opportunity to tour the Colonnade Senior Living facility in O'Fallon. The facility was clean, inviting and felt very comfortable. I was also impressed by the helpful, friendly and professional staff.

My husbands grandmother was here for several years until her passing. the memory care unit is the absolute best.

I agree with slot of people that have families here. Not professional at all. They do one thing then change there mind not true to there word I was offered a job here screwed me over then turned around and give my job to someone else please people dont work here

My mother Mickey has lived at this facility for over three years she is now 90 years old. She loves her acomodations and all of the activities. Any time she has had to call staff for assistance they have been there quickly resolved the situation. I have stayed with my mother on about 3 or four occasions. The staff has been very friendly and the food was great. I have also enjoyed meeting the residence there and they seem very happy there.

My parents are both here, and we have been impressed with their care. A family member or friend is at the facility daily so we are well aware of the care they receive. Recently I was with my parents during a terrible storm, and we were in the room with them. Staff came in no less than three times in about a 20 minute time frame to be sure we were ok. This is the kind of care we have come to know. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone.

My mom and dad have lived at the Heritage for three years. I visit them frequently whenever I am in the area, and join them for meals. I have consistently found the staff caring, helpful, and understanding, both to my parents and to all the other residents. My mom and dad frequently say how pleased they are with their home and how friendly the staff are. It is a first-class place and I am very happy that my sisters found this place for them to live.

Both my mother and father have lived there for a number of years. The staff is always very professional and helpful. The management in the place always go out of their way to make my parents and the visitors feel welcome. We could not have asked for a better place and feel blessed to have them there. The place is always clean and my parents are very happy there.

We have been so impressed with the care our parent's have received and how quickly staff responds when they need assistance. Great staff to patient ratio. The food is better than the other places they have been. They have a couple of large rooms that can be used for family gatherings and you can even have them cater a dinner for a large family meal with your loved one.
