Mom just moved in and she already feels so much at home. She is meeting her neighbors and enjoying dinner with friends new and old, has been to the fitness center and in general is enjoying carefree living. Our family feels fortunate that she is in a safe and friendly environment.

I moved into the Vi about 6 weeks ago and have been very busy trying all the classes that appeal to me.The Vi has many activities available for all the residents. Exercise classes, discussion groups,, book clubs and they also schedule many concerts and entertainment to come in for the residents at the Vi . Many games are played at the Vi such as canasta, mah-jongg, bridge and rummikub. I am meeting a lot of wonderful people and I am enjoying life at the Vi. For those considering a warm and caring place for your parents to live, I cannot recommend The Vi more....my mom experienced both Independant Living and Skill-Nursing Care, and in both cases, the staff was remarkably attentive and caring, always communicated with me for updates, etc.

My husband Frank and I have resided at the Vi for about three months now.. It was definitely the best decision we could have made.We have met so many wonderful people living here all with interesting backgrounds and stories to tell. The staff from the sales department to the excellent trips and programs offered and fine dining are exceptional. We would give the Vi a 5 plus star review for everyone partaking in this new adventure we are experiencing.

Our opinion of the food service is very good food, wonderful ambience, and above all, exceptional service. More specifically, the food at Vi compares favorably with many of the 4-star restaurants (U.S. standard, not Michelin) in the U.S. The ambiance of the dining rooms is as good as or better than, many restaurants. But the service quality is the most impressive, exceptionally impressive and pleasant.

I am an interior design consultant fortunate enough to enjoy a long relationship of service to Vi. Over the past 15 years of working with their team (including under their former identity as Classic Residence by Hyatt) I have collaborated with the Vi at The Glen team for numerous projects and have been consistently impressed with their commitment to the quality of life, health and safety of their residents. Every living space is routinely inspected from both a life safety as well as appearance standpoint based on the highest possible standards. Residents are often consulted on portions of improvements that will affect them directly. The latest technology for safer building and finish material selection and cleaning protocols are investigated and implemented on every project The net result is a collaboratively-derived living environment that is up to date visually, safe, healthy and maintained to assure excellent condition. A visit to their beautiful community will speak for itself. It is an honor to be called upon to participate in their efforts to provide their residents with an unparalleled living experience.

Ive had the pleasure of working with the wonderful team at Vi Living for over 5 years. As the director of advancement with Northlight Theatre, ive had the pleasure of coordinating programs for residents and prospective residents of Vi Living. Programs include cast and crew members from our various productions coming to Vi Living and reading from the current play and also sharing backstage information! Theres also time for QandA and the afternoon often includes lunch which is a treat because our artists get to share in conversations with Vi Living residents. The staff is warm and professional and the facilities are truly beautiful. We value our partnership with Vi Living a great deal.

My husband and I have lived in our villa here for just over a year and frequently comment to each other about what a good decision it was to move to Vi at the Glen. We are so pleased with the programs, the accommodations, the food and the services but most importantly with the people. The residents were so friendly and welcoming that we felt we were a part of a real community almost immediately. The staff impressed us by immediately learning our names and willingly offering to assist in any way possible. From the director and department heads to the wait staff, the housekeeping, maintenance and security personnel, everyone was and continues to be so friendly and accommodating that this truly fees like family.

Regardless of the fact our activities are limited due to the pandemic and fear of passing the virus onto others, the Vi does remarkable work to provide virtual lectures, concerts, movies, and health-related activities to keep us moving and thinking. I feel very safe knowing the management takes careful watch of our health. We are continuously reminded to follow the health protocols that are so necessary at this time.

The Vi has been a wonderful transition for my mother. Especially with the challenging times of Covid, the staff has worked tirelessly to come up with safe and innovative ways to help all of the residents, while keeping everyone apprised of the dynamic changing environment that all retirement communities are facing. The staff has been fabulous and the amenities and food are delicious. It is reassuring knowing my mother is in such great hands with their care.

I have had the privilege of working with the Vi at The Glen for the past year. They are a dedicated team and are very enthusiastic about their commitment to excellence. Everyone at the Vi — from management to the kitchen staff — is giving over 100%, and wants only what is best for the Vi residents. Ive never known a more genuine organization, who truly stand by their promise of the highest quality. The residents at the Vi are engaged, social, and participate in incredible educational programming and health-building activities. The staff at the Vi quickly and responsibly adjusted to meet the demands of the pandemic with the highest level of care and commitment towards their residents. They invented and invested in new and engaging ways to interact safely with their residents, while maintaining quality of life, health and overall support. I have great admiration for organization as a whole, and especially the people I work with directly. I am appreciative for the small part I play in their continued success.

Moving to the V at the Glen has been a very positive experience. The staff has accommodated all our requests. We have had numerous neighbors reach out to us in various ways that make us feel welcome . Because of the pandemic activities that would let us meet them have been cancelled. . So we are looking forward to the day they resume. I called some residents that had lived here before we moved in and asked them how the V was responding to the Pandemic Their reply was. Oh they are spoiling us! That is when I knew we had made the right decision.

After my wife and I decided to sell our house and move somewhere that provided a completely stress free environment, and also an environment that gave us the potential to meet new people like us, we picked the Vi. We have been here for over 3 years and our goals have been met. In summary, the Vi is a cruise ship on land.

A lovely staff. Relatively nice appointments. Some confusion about trash, recycling habits that left my parents having to go to a different floor with their things. That went on for several weeks until I wrote a terse email. Because of COVID, my parents are unable to take advantage of most The Vi has to offer, so its difficult to accurately respond to a survey like this. I do think they have been very responsible keeping the residents virus free. Heres to virus free living at The Vi.

Over the past ten years I have interacted with Vi at the Glen in two ways. As the son-in-law of a resident there for six years, I was extremely impressed with the way in which management and staff created a culture that offered physical, emotional and intellectual stimulation for everybody, and went to great lengths to provide an ambiance that highly valued comfort and affluence. As a local reporter who did many stories featuring residents at the Vi, I know first hand how much the residents appreciate all of it. I also learned from interviews with many of the staff that they love their jobs because they genuinely care deeply about the people the are looking after.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at the Vi At The Glen for almost three years. From the moment she expressed interest through this pandemic I can only say kind words about the staff and organization. They have addressed every need and request. She has been very happy here. Many of her closest friends live here as well, so she has a built in social life. But she can also opt out and be by herself. I cant think of a better situation. Her apartment is spacious and very well appointed. Ellen (move coordinator) has the patience of a saint as we chose finishes and asked for some special upgrades. She has a terrific eye and takes good care of you. I especially wish to give a shout out to all of the staff for how they have handled this ongoing pandemic. The safety of their residents is top priority. The fact that my mother-in-law has only nice things to say speaks volumes. Trust me. The staff makes sure everyone gets their mail, their meals, and assistance on how to handle issues that pop up. All visitors are checked for temperatures and monitored for illness. Percentage wise there have been very few cases of COVID-19 here. I sleep better at night knowing that The Vi is on the case. Thank you!

My husband and I thought we would live in our beautiful, redone one-story home forever UNTIL our son introduced us to people at the Vi at the Glen. It was love at first sight and when we returned for an activity and lunch, we knew we had to move there. Sian Moynihan, the sales manager is wonderful! She is available 24, 7 even on weekends - by email or phone! We had furniture delivered and the staff let them deliver and place the furniture where we asked for it to be and sent us photos!!! Due to the Covid-19 virus, we will be moving in a few weeks, but we are able to pick up their delicious food that we order during the day from menus we are sent online. During this medical crisis, the activities are curtailed but they have programs and movies online and send puzzles with dinner!!! We look forward to spending the rest of our lives at the Vi at the Glen.

My mother was reluctant to leave the condo in which shed lived with my dad for 30 years--but when my brother and I visited the Vi with her, we had very little convincing to do. From the get go, Sian was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, understanding--the perfect combination. Since that time, my mother and I both have had only positive experiences. Everyone who works there is kind and generous of spirit. I was impressed how, after only a few days, everyone on the staff greeted my mom by her name. Her living accommodations are lovely--being in her apartment feels like being in a real home with all the luxuries one could want. With the coming of the coronovirus, it was obvious that the health and welfare of the residents was of prime importance--and as difficult as it might have been--and still is--the knowledge that she is in the best possible place she can be is both comforting and reassuring. From the head of the Vi to the people who work there in every capacity, there could not possibly be a better staff. I am grateful every time I go visit her to see her in surroundings such as this
