I’m a healthcare caregiver who visits Ms. Mia at this assisted living facility twice a week, and I’ve had a very positive experience here. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are kind(Gauri,Jackie, Patty and many others),attentive, and genuinely caring toward the residents. I’m also impressed by the variety of programs and activities offered for the seniors. In particular, Ms. Mia really enjoys the calligraphy class, where she is able to share her talent and even help other residents. It’s very heartwarming to see her actively participating and connecting with others in such a meaningful way. Overall, this facility seems to provide not only good care but also a supportive and engaging environment for its residents.

My first visit, along with some family members. Very clean and attractive, and the staff were hospitable and helpful. I was invited to join the afternoon bingo game and was made to feel at home. I noticed Rinya, one of the staff members, being very pleasant and energetic and helpfully interacting with many residents, as they sat around the tables. No one seemed alone or neglected (as I've seen in other senior residences). It was a good first impression.

The nursing staff at Arbor Terrace has been so very respectful and caring to me, especially Joe and Uri. They take the extra time to speak with me about how I am feeling and are cheerful, caring, and genuine. They come to see me every day and bring me my medications every morning and evening without fail. Sometimes I need extra attention, and they are always there to make sure I am comfortable and happy. Thank you Joe and Uri, I appreciate you more than words can say.

Salesperson Lisa was very thorough and provided all of the answers we were looking for. Arbor Terrace Glenview is an excellent option for this area and although they advertise Assisted Living and Memory Care it feels like an Independent resident would feel very comfortable here.

Nat goes above and beyond, never uses a phone. Always cheerful see what is needed and just does it whether it's trash or laundry- anything and everything. A wonderful caregiver! Absolutely the best!

I felt welcome from the beginning, cared for, able to be independent or participate as I wanted. Arbor is a beautiful, safe facility and I have already recommended it to a family whose mother is now here. Services I need are here and the staff is friendly and always responsive and helpful.

I had been searching for an assisted living location and was becoming very stressed and discouraged. Then I met Lisa and she was so gracious, knowledgeable and went out of her way to ease my mind. She had all the answers, and the place is gorgeous! My husband moved in four weeks ago, and he is very happy and comfortable. He loves the food. We had a small gathering of seven people last weekend, and it was wonderful. Lisa is outstanding at her job and all the employees are very helpful and caring!

Our Mom lived at Arbor Terrace and loved it. When she was in rehab, all she could talk about was going back. It was a great place for our Mom to live. Our Mom loved living there. It is beautiful and clean. A special shout out to Frances Garcia, she is absolutely amazing. Not only was she friendly and always there to answer our questions and we had a lot, she was a great friend to our Mom. In our Mom's final days, she would spend her free time sitting with our Mom, just being there as her friend.

Arbor Terrace is a wonderful home for your loved one. The care, attention, kindness and patience of the staff will give you peace of mind you made the right decision. Moving your loved one to an assisted living/memory care community is HARD for all involved. The staff at Glenview makes the transition as seamless as possible showing the utmost care for your loved one. The attention my mother gets around the clock is amazing. We were at a different facility before Arbor Glenview and I can tell you first hand, Arbor Glenview is at the top. Coming here was something I wish I did for my mom the day they opened. We are blessed to be here and my mom is in great hands and for that, I will forever be grateful.

June 2,2022, was the worst day of my life, I thought, as I prepared to move into an assisted living facility. Little did I know at the time that moving to Arbor Terrace Glenview was one of the best things I've ever done. No more being a 24/7 caregiver; no more heavy grocery shopping every week; no more housework; laundry, meal preparation; and no more monthly bills i.e. ComEd, Condo assessments, etc, etc. All of this and more was waiting for me as I discovered Arbor Terrace. Without a doubt this place is spectacular. It checks all the boxes. From Executive Director, Laurine; to Community Director, Lisa; to Business office Director,Lorena; To Maintenance Director Jon and his side kick Mitch; to Dining Director, Cinthia; and head of the nursing corps, Jocelyn and Julieann, and bus driver, Tom, and the front door folks Kelly, Kristal, Rita, and Frances who greet you and a host of other assistants who are there to meet your every need, this assisted living facility is second to none. When you reach your "Golden Years" and independent living becomes too much to deal with, the answer is assisted living. But...make sure you pick the right one. Arbor Terrace of Glenview awaits you offering a staff of professionals and assistants who are dedicated and spectacular. My mother recently moved into Arbor Terrace Glenview. This was my first time navigating the stressful process of finding my mother an assisted living facility, and Lisa was a wealth of knowledge, so understanding and supportive through the process. The community is beautiful and clean. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My mother has had nothing but great things to say about the people helping her there. Her first few days she was very emotional with the changes happening, and there was constantly someone in her room comforting her and just talking to her to keep her spirits up. Recently she told me one of the nurses stayed past her shift to paint her nails after she had been talking about wanting to go get them done. That to me is just going above and beyond, and being there because you genuinely love people/your patients. My mother has also enjoyed getting to know the other residents and by day 2 already had a group of friends to eat with in the dining room, which of course was so good to hear. My kids love going to visit Grammy at Arbor Terrace. The popcorn machine and the treats that the ladies give them probably doesn't hurt 🙂 We are confident that Arbor Terrace will quickly feel like home for my mom and a place she is happy at long term.

Atria, together with FOX Rehab and the Glenview Park District, held a Zoom exercise class for seniors in the Glenview area! It was such a great way to bring everyone together, get heart rates going, challenge balance, build strength and promote laughter and smiles! Atria is always thinking of ways to include those outside the community and in residential homes and get involved! This community is amazing and highly recommended!

The gorgeous facility and extremely helpful staff have made the most challenging time of my life with my mother SO much easier. Professional excellence in staffing that takes a personal interest in residents and their families, superb food presented in a restaurant style, beautiful large rooms and apartments in an elegant building, stimulating and diverse programming and outings, help for family members like me all hours of the day and night . . . cannot say enough good about Atria Glenview.

Our family has moved our parent into the memory care unit at Atria in August. Our experience from the move in process until today has been great. The administration and staff have been so accommodating and helpful during this transition time. In addition, they keep us informed on how she is doing and which daily activities she is attending. The nursing staff has also been wonderful. We feel that she is now in an appropriate environment and she is very happy there. The staff and facility are terrific and our family is grateful that we found Atria.

My impression of Atria Glenview to date has been fantastic, not only for its beautifully designed and appointed residential community, but most especially for the people who have helped me and my sister find the best possible place for her to live while convalescing from a very difficult year, medically and psychologically. As anyone searching for appropriate IndependentAssisted living for a loved one will know, there are many types of communities out there with different overall characteristics and pricing structures. Not all are equal. We have found Atria Glenview to have a very warm, homey and comfortablecomforting vibe. Its a smaller place than some, which, in our case, was a benefit -- less institutional and more apartmenthotel-like. Samantha, the Community Sales Director, went well out of her way to be accessible and supportive to us from the beginning of our search, answering questions about types of care, facilitating a visit with very little notice, acting as our liaison with Bryce (Executive Director) and Jeremy (the Resident Services Director) to get timely evaluations done to determine my sisters needs and to address our financial concerns for a shorter-term stay. Samantha is a caring, responsive and reassuring professional to work with. When we made the decision to move my sister into Atria, the apartment was furnished beautifully and comfortably, with little touches that made us feel this was a place to come home to and not just a room for the duration. For someone trying to heal from a very trying and lengthy ordeal, those little things mean a lot. It was obvious they had listened carefully to our description of how best to use the space, as it was set up exactly as we had envisioned when my sister took possession. Everyone weve met -- from Gloria in the dining room (which has delicious food!) to John and Mitchell in maintenance, to Ericka who drives the Atria bus -- has been extraordinary in what seems to be their natural affinity for taking care of people. Weve encountered only good-natured attitudes and friendly faces. I cant speak to the Medical or PT side of this community, as those are not services we are currently using. But from the personnel and ambience side, I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Be sure to include this community in your search and I think youll see why it stands out.

We recently started taking care of the landscaping at Atria Glenview. I work directly with John who is the Maintenance Director for this facility. I am very impressed with his attention to detail and his over all passion to make sure the facilities are always in excellent condition. I especially like that while performing his duties, he always has time to warmly greet the residents.

Atria of Glenview truly is a standout community. Not only are the grounds beautiful, but it is filled with some of the most welcoming, caring individuals you will meet. The setup of the facility allows for privacy while also encouraging community engagement through their restaurant-style dining, group classes, outings and variety of common spaces to meet and mingle with other residents. The facility houses everything your loved one will need to age comfortably in place. Highly recommend!

Simply beautiful! What did I just walk into? It feels like youre at a 5-star-hotel! Classy...clean...chic. The staff are all very professional and accommodating. Need a snack? The lobby is always stocked with goodies that change daily and selections of coffee and tea. The dining room is set-up like a restaurant with booths and chairs. All of the apartments are modern and spacious! The community offers tons of activities including in-house therapy. Its like being at a resort yet your loved one will actually be right-at-home and treated like the King or Queen he or she deserves! Wont disappoint!

My husband moved into Atria in the middle of July and I describe the entire process as an answer to my prayers. He is so happy there and is thriving! The staff is amazing and accommodates any and all of his needs, whether personal or medical and they keep me updated on everything. The activities planned are fun and engaging and he enjoys them all! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would and can promise if you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect and kindness you wont be disappointed in Atria.

Atria is such a welcoming community! The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond to meet the needs and wants of every resident. There are daily activities to fit a variety of interests and they are always willing to take suggestions of new activities, community outings, or ways to improve. The facilities are clean and beautiful but also offer a wide range of additional shared spaces including a fitness center with classes and in house therapy services, an arts and crafts room, a cafe, a salon, a game room, and even a theatre room!! Atria is a community that truly feels like a home.

Witnessing the opening and welcoming of new residents gave me goosebumps. The employees are absolutely wonderful. They really roll out the red carpet with love, professionalism and compassion. I heard a new resident say after her first night, This is truly amazing! I thought it would be nice here but I never expected anything like this!
