Garden Place is a wonderful place for senior residents still wanting an independent lifestyle. It is very warm and inviting when you enter the facility. The rooms are also nice. The staff is very friendly and always there to help however they can. Highly recommend this facility!!

Moved my mom in February 2024. She fell within the first few days (she was ok). The staff responded immediately and with great care. She immediately received additional support including PT/OT/SP. Such a feeling of relief knowing my LO is being take care of when I am not there. The staff is positive, playful and dedicated to the residents.

I spent three months living at Garden Place in Columbia while I recuperated from a cancer related illness. I was well taken care of and I don't know how many times I said "this is exactly where I needed to be". The staff is so friendly and caring and the meals are great. I enjoyed the activities and made some really good friends. I definitely recommend Garden Place to anyone considering assisted living.

My 93 yr old father moved in here the end of June. I was really reluctant to place him into the hands of complete strangers but my dad's brother had lived here for a year and he assured me that he loved it and they take very good care of him so that was my deciding factor. I have not been dissatisfied or disappointed in the 3 weeks he's been here! Everyone on staff is friendly, caring and capable! Shout out to Shontae and her girls! Plus all the other caregivers here! They keep me up to date on what's going on with my dad every time I come by which I really appreciate! This place is kept very clean and even smells good. I love that they have quality entertainment and outings for the residents on a regular basis. Plus Dad says the food is really good! All in all I'm happy I chose this place and highly recommend it!

The staff at Garden Place are awesome and they really seem to care about the residents. The staff there provide a high level of professionalism, ensuring that the needs of the residents are always met. The community seems to be well managed and is always clean. The activities are great and there is plenty for the residents to do at GP. Great interaction with everyone. I am so pleased on the care my mom receives at GP. Highly recommended!

It's been a little over 2 weeks since we placed our Dad into assisted living at garden place. The experience has been wonderful. The entire staff is amazing and has helped out with his needs and have informed us of any issues he's had. They make you feel like family when you're there. I would recommend Garden Place to friends and family!

When you first walk in Garden Place you will notice a bright cheerful atmosphere. Decorations for the upcoming holiday are displayed in the foyer. There are usually residents relaxing in the foyer. They have always been pleasant and greet me when I enter. My Mother has been a resident since March 1st, and so far I have nothing negative to say. Mom is eating better. The therapy has been really good. The activities are fun and it seems like there is plenty to keep the residents busy. The care givers are very pleasant and helpful. When they are called they arrive in short order. Moving to Garden Place has been a very positive move for our family. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing care and a living home to go to.

Its such a beautiful facility on inside w fireplace in large dining room. Meals have such a variety & diverse menu. But if there's something you don't like on menu, just request something different made just for you. Without a doubt all employees are kind, caring & happy to help each & every tenant. They are always smiling & have glistening eyes to make our stay most pleasant! Special Thanks to owner Tammy, who works so hard to keep Garden Place running like a well oiled machine!

The staff are warm, caring and they treat the residents with dignity. As a family member of a resident, I feel included in the Garden Place community. The food is good, and and they do a good job with laundry, too!

Garden Place is a very welcoming community and has the best hallways ever for encouraging my mom to walk! She also loves playing bingo and listening to live music and other entertainment they bring in. And, yes, she likes the food! My mother moved into Garden Place in January before the COVID-19 pandemic. They were very diligent about following all safety requirements for the residents and still are to this day with their no visitors policy, etc. While it is difficult to not see her, I know it is in the best interest of all the residents. And although I cant see her live, Im actually looking forward to playing virtual bingo with them this week. I love how creative they have been while dealing w-the pandemic. Kudos to Garden Place!

Great place thats only a few minutes from the Missouri side of the river, but immediately feel like Im with family. They are doing a fundraiser to help a fallen officer and they do many community events. Food is good and the residents are always smiling about something!

My Mom moved in about three weeks ago and loves living at Garden Place. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. There are lots of activities, the food is great and everything is very clean. We were impressed and my Mom's decision to move there was easy for her after taking a tour. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to move there myself when that time comes.

I was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist and was introduced to the manager. SHE took me on a tour of the facility and answered any and all questions I had. Both the residents and staff I encountered during my tour were all friendly and happy. I noticed on several occasions how well the staff and residents appeared to have a very good relationship. This is definitely a first class facility. Totally Impressed!

I've been in and out of garden place for 5 years now and I can truly say I'd recommend this place to anyone I no and love, if you don't believe me see it for yourself. Garden place offers something called a respite stay so what i love is that if your scared to make a commitment or a move for yourself or a loved one you can pay day to day or just do a weekend get away to truly see how amazing it is here. Food and care included
