Although never lived there but I want to tell you that I have seen how many senior homes behave. If the calls are never returned, and is constantly calling, that could be counted as harassment. If a place just like any other place is short staffed, how on earth can you get something across and well managed? When it comes to transit, public transit is very important. Those who are shunning MetroLink in south county are making a huge mistake. Not all people of color are trouble. There are some people who want to work regardless of their skin color. It doesn't take a wave of a magic wand to get good quality staff to work and keep the place in order. But in some people's little worlds it does. Yes, we all hate the world of reality because when we turn on the news there are shootings, greedy corporations, and the greedy politicians that support them.
