Sunrise of Lincoln Park has a welcoming and top-notch staff who are always there to help and make sure that their residents are receiving the best care possible. The new administration (led by the Executive Director Renz Pantaleon and the DON Rebekah Zhao) consistently performs above and beyond their responsibility. Our client who lives there and her caregiver have nothing but praises about their experience. They mentioned that the support staff come on time even at night when our client is all alone. A significant shift has occurred, and they are both extremely satisfied. We highly recommend this place.

My sister has been a resident for almost 6 years. In general, I am very pleased with the care she receives. The key to success is the onsite leadership and staff. Last year there were major leadership changes, and during the transition I was very dissatisfied. However, the team in place now has turned things around dramatically, and is doing a great job!

My mother has been here for over 1 year. Sunrise has become her new family and part of mine. When my mom was in the hospital, multiple staff members came to visit her on their own personal time. The resident activities are super creative and fun. The facility is clean, sunny, bright and warm. It's a relatively small community so everyone knows everyone (including the family members) by name. Thank you Sunrise for providing such a great experience for my family.

My 94-year-old mother, with endless needs, is treated with kindness and respect by SLP staff, who are incredibly dedicated. The place is lively, activities are engaging, and the food is pretty good. We feel lucky that our mom can live here.

I have a friend staying here and I think it offers a lot of things to do for someone who needs memory care. It is clean and neat. The staff are kind and caring and the food seems pretty appealing. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the dining experience. The staff needs to take everyone's order at the same time! Bring out all the salads at the same time and then all the entrees at the same time. And deserts at the same time. I think there might be a problem in the kitchen? But I noticed this several times. People are waiting and waiting.. Some people are eating while others are looking on. You need to work on this so that your residents can enjoy this together experience as it should be.

While my sister was at this facility, I think they did everything that they could to assist her. Unfortunately, she was in bad shape and didnt stay here very long. I do think the night staff could have been more responsive when she rung her bell. There was an instance when she fell out of bed and the staff didnt respond to her. When management found out, they did look into it. I would recommend this facility.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way. They offer daily activities. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. They are accommodating and things worked out well. I would recommend this community for a respite stay.
