In this place they treat older people very well, the service is excellent, the food is prepared with the best chefs. Their therapy is perfect, they treat them with a lot of love and they look happy on their faces in cozy places that make them feel in a warm atmosphere. as if they were at home, blessings for all the people who work in this Home, may God bless you, they are wonderful.

A Jewish active senior living residence with kosher food! The congregation has services every morning and evening and a friendly Rabbi, R. Eitan Allen. Transportation is provided for shopping and trips to local amusements. Many activities are available on site. An excellent physical therapy clinic is located in the building. far northwest suburbs having newer construction and seem to have another mall for each mile you travel. It's seemingly endless competition.

Nice clean place, but elevators seems needed to repair often. There were 2 sets, and was not helpful when one is out? Sign in required to enter yet the system and it's regulations are relaxed, which is good because too rigour enforcement turned visitors and needed personnel to be there headaches, troubles, delayed, and borderline harassment! Security is good, but too tight is defeated purpose. This place has an excellent balance.

I stayed at Park Plaza as a guest with my wife and the environment could not have better and more conducive to what full time residents expect when moving there. A real sense of warmth and care given to the residents.

I had/have 2 cousins living at Park Plaza and couldn't be happier. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly, despite all the challenges of the last 18 months with Covid. Park Plaza has been extremely safety cautious and very transparent about the policies and procedures required for guests, staff and residents. They have tried to do as much possible to keep the activities within Covid boundaries but still available to residents. The apartments are nice sized with lots of closet space and the upgrades that are ongoing throughout the building are a real plus for the residents.

My parents moved to park plaza from New York over 4 years ago. They really loved it from day one. My dad passed away and my mom still loves park plaza. The food , ambiance , care of the staff , shows , classes .. are all top quality. The cost is also quite reasonable , for what you get.We really recommend park plaza One mote thing I just read other reviews. When you deal with that demographic some pop are never happy.

Our mom has lived in Park Plaza for the past five years, appreciating all that it has to offer; wonderful, conscientious staff, attentive management, excellent programming, and a wide range of activities, led by an exuberant Carrie, throughout each day. Communication is outstanding; weekly detailed emails keep family in the loop, and personal questions/concerns are responded to promptly.The apartment itself is lovely and just right for mom; cleaning and repairs are done promptly. Mom has the ability to engage with all that Park Plaza has to offer, or enjoy the outdoors, weather permitting. There are tables and chairs around the perimeter of the building, and lots of impromptu socializing!One of the strongest barometers of the high quality of care at Park Plaza was throughout the pandemic. Elly, the director, was key in developing protocol in accordance with the City of Chicago ordinances, but also finding ways of keeping residents safe, relaxed, and engaged with the world, even on a limited basis. Strident measures kept residents healthy, and I will be forever grateful for the measures Park Plaza incorporated to maintain a safe environment. These past five years have been an outstanding partnership between our family and Park Plaza staff, and we are indebted to all of the employees there for making it so.

It is a place that the Administration care about the residents and also make sure many activities in house and also concerts, plays, operas, and so many programs. The residents are so warm and enjoy the staff and volunteers!
