The staff at Victory Centre of Bartlett are true gems! They work hard and they love their residents!
January 2023
The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are very nice and perfect for my father-in-law needs. As we toured Daisy the residential dog greeted us. They have many amenities to offer. Activities, meals, bus trips for shopping, laundry and cleaning done weekly. These are just some of the things they offer.

A couple of years ago, my family agreed it was time to look for an assistant living community for our elderly parents. We asked people for referrals while researching local communities ourselves online. After visiting other communities, we picked Victory Centre of Bartlett. From day one, we knew we made the best decision. They were very helpful during the application process, the staff is well trained and very professional, leadership communicates to the residents and their families often so everyone is informed and updated on various topics, the services and activities they provide are excellent, its a very safe and clean community, and, our parents now feel that this is their home! Most importantly these days, Victory Centre has done a superb job managing the COVID situation. They strictly adhere to CDC and other federal-state-local health guidelines, and, communicate regularly to residents and families on everything they are doing to keep the residents safe and healthy. The entire team has worked tirelessly on this and their record speaks for itself. My family truly appreciates all they do managing the pandemic properly to keep the community safe. Thank you!!!!!If youre looking for a safe, lean, professional, fun, strongly managed assistant living community that truly cares for their residents, then you need to contact Victory Centre! You and your loved ones will be glad you did!!!

We have had a family member here since January 15, 2020 and are so grateful she had moved in before the pandemic hit. Knowing she has been in good hands this entire time has been very reassuring. Not having to worry about safely handling her food, meds, laundry etc has been a huge relief as we navigated this new way of life. They have been diligent with their efforts to keep all of the residents safe, and have handled delicate family issues with kindness and professionalism. We miss not being able to visit in person but understand the reasons why. All of the staff has been friendly and caring and we are happy we selected this center. Thank you!

My father has been living at Victory Centre of Bartlett for a few months now.Due to the global pandemic, our application and move-in process was complicated and delayed, so our family was very stressed. I cannot say enough positive words about Starr and Vicki. They communicated with me regularly throughout the process to ease my stress and offer comfort. Even now, a few months after Dads move-in, they still email or text me just to say hello and see how my Dad and the rest of the family is doing. These two women are kind and compassionate, and they truly helped our family through a very difficult time! There were times when I felt discouraged, so I would call Starr because I knew that her positive encouragement would make me feel better. She even called Dad to encourage him when I was worried that he was getting disconsolate. Now Dad is settled in at Victory Centre and he is very happy! He tells me that everyone is so kind and helpful. He says that the food is very good and he is happy with his apartment. He told me that it is perfect for him because he has privacy and independence in his own space, but he feels safe with the regular check-ins. He put it this way: the staff makes themselves quietly known throughout the day. The staff is kind and they treat the residents with respect. I have been able to relax knowing that his medications are administered on time every day and he is being well cared for. The staff communicated with me regularly about my dad, and I have had wonderful conversations with Lora and others. One last note, we really appreciate that Victory Centre is taking the global pandemic seriously. They are taking every necessary precaution to keep their residents, care givers, and staff safe! In comparing numbers of cases at local facilities, it is obvious that Victory Centre is taking the right precautions. I miss my Dad, and I wish that I could go and hang out with him in his apartment, but I know that he is in excellent hands! The caregivers and staff at Victory Centre are true heroes and wonderful human beings!

My mother is 92 and 1-2 years old. She has resided at Victory Centre for over 8 years. In her 80s she overcame two bouts of cancer, the latter one being stage 3. Today she is cancer free and ambulatory. Without the love and compassion of Vicki and her staff, she would have had greater challenges I could ever imagine. Across the country there are thousand of facilities built of concrete, the difference is the people: both the leadership and the staff. When my father died, Vicki and the staff were at the visitation, when we celebrated my mothers 90 birthday, they were in attendance (off campus) Being in healthcare all of my life, my mother is in tremendous care. Also, I would share that her care during the quarantine period has been even further enhanced with twice daily monitoring and their safety measures superb. In closing her relationships with staff are more like friendships which is hard to find these days. Sincerely, Dave.

We liked this facility very much and feel enough care would be provided as my mom ages. If we dont find a place we like that would be a little closer for my brother, we will seriously consider Victory Centre.

I definitely enjoyed working here as a CNA and mostly because everyone here felt like a family. From the bosses and managers feeling like my aunts and wellness manager feeling like a second mother. Victory center was like my second home and I enjoyed coming to work to see my second family. The cnas Definitely have much more communication than anywhere Ive ever worked. The team is overall a great team. Housekeepers make sure they are thorough with cleaning and maintenance tries to get to whatever kind of fixing in a timely manner. The cnas I know all attempt to be very timely manner while also providing effective care. The nurses are outstanding. The culinary staff is friendly and everyone just makes the building feel welcoming. Great Job

They try very hard with what is a big task, and the residents seem happy. Only problems I've seen are when family meddles in the process.
